Not a fan, but also not a customer (disclaimer). Tried to manage an account we had once set up for an elderly relative over the phone. Even though there wasn't anything to manage, I couldn't even find someone to help me over the phone, look up account details, etc. They were too worried about "cancel in person only" which would have been impossible in this situation. I realize many gyms have this policy, so they can entrap you on the way out, but sometimes they could actually help if they wanted to. So really this is a review of the public facing phone support, not the facility.”

“I love this gym. been coming here for 5 years. 24 hr access. , I had awesome results with personal training/ lost 50 pounds. Sauna and boxing are also a plus. I highly recommend this gym. Never too crowded. ?Staff is always super friendly and encouraging.”
