I've never had my taxes filed where was zero communication until they were complete and we were asked to go sign. I will be having the preparation reviewed due to the fact I believe further steps could have been taken to ensure a more favorable outcome.

I do not recommend this place.They are "money hungry"! Just like H&RI was charged$310 after my 30%off, it would've being $525!!I'm a singel mother and work for a living. I tried to stop them,but Charlie never answered me; I had to go there to find out that they were sent already. They don't give a dam!Jason Hewitt. You all crooks will never get my $ again!!
