This Lowe's store is very friendly. They are also helpful. Susanna gives great customer service, advice and help. She is very friendly. I always enjoy seeing her when I go in the store. Glenda, Jax are very nice people in the store as well and we'll bend over backwards to be helpful for you. They are always glad to see you and are very down to earth people Aaron is a great helper as well all of these people have made my shopping at Los lunas Lowe's a very good experience I really don't like to go anywhere else I hope they stay around for a long time to come

Hands down the worst location. Pathetically rude unprofessional miserable people. I placed a 3,000 dollar order same day pick up. They refused to pick my items and told me it may be ready by tomorrow or the next day.
No you took my $3,000 dollars today not tomorrow or the next day. Drive the extra 25 miles as this is an absolute joke.

Curbside pick up only at Los Lunas is pathetic. Better off going inside to do it all yourself unless you like waiting 20-30 minutes each time you order curbside. This is my 3-4th time waiting this long. Been a Lowe’s customer for 15 years but maybe it’s time to switch it up and give HomeDepot a try. Don’t offer a service you can’t execute.

I will not shop there anymore. Some of there employees are rude. The prices are not so great either. The Lowe's store manager needs to monitor their employees.
