I have been coming here for a couple years and this morning I had a terrible interaction with Desiree. I’m trying to get money from my own account, and she says she needs to verify my identity by sending a code to my phone. I asked her when this became policy, she said, “ this is just for me because I’ve never seen you before.” Normally, to verify my identity they ask for my ID. It doesn’t matter if she’s never seen me before I have my card and pin, I deal with a different person every time I go. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, and I will speak to a manager regarding my visit.

I would to acknowledge staff, Alex, Devin, Sierra, and Seanee for their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge ! Honestly, unable to recall a negative, frustrating interaction. Always feel welcome, and satisfied when I leave.

We got a loan here and it was a bit tedious to become a member first, but we waded through the process and got the loan with no problems.

Awesome customer service when I need things done inside , they need another ATM for walk up ,,,, but other than that awesome people or staff really love them when I walk in I feel like I am home visiting my family , and they call some of us customers by name it make me feel special and wanted there no matter what

Always have a good experience here. Seanee was really helpful when I had to go in to find out about getting pre-qualified. It’s always nice to have a smiling face and I felt confident in the information she was providing. Thank you!

Went in to cash a check knowing that I have an account their gave her my Drivers license and she said she couldn't cash it because I didn't have an account their What I told her you better check again I been with you all for several years she went to her manager they had my ID the same name on the account sheNever apologize for giving me high blood pressure I did ask her long how long she had been employed she mentioned two yearsReally bad experience

If you belong to a regular bank you really should move your account over here. No monthly fees and great service.

Slow service. Long lines. Only two tellers. They should have people conducting anything other than withdrawals sign in. This is ridiculous.

I used to like when NUSENDA was New Mexico educators federal credit union but there app is by far the worst app I've ever used it never works and I have to call in to check my balance. Not too mention there debit card is always giving me issues and retailers always tell me that they always have an issue with processing it's cards. We made the mistake of opening a business account and it has been a complete nightmare to say the least we are in the process of moving all accounts.

Still So Disappointed With Nusenda I Went to the Drive thru and the lady was rude.. This was a month ago..My Daughter n Law went in today 5/6/2021 to pay My Son's Bill and the Lady in the drive thru was Very Rude as well she made Her right down all the information instead of asking her. Something needs to be done with this branch.. I give your bank Zero Star's because all The Lady's are all Rude..

Been a member since it was new mexico educators. Los Lunas branch has always been a great place to bank. The ladies are always kind and helpful and I trust them with handling my money.
