Wow just wow these people are so absolutely honest and hard-working these are very trustworthy people any issues you have with electronics I would go to them every time without a doubt. I can’t say enough positive things I’d give them 100 stars.

Brought a lap top computer in for issues with buttons sticking & screen freezing up some times , took them over 2 weeks after they told me about 3 days , got it back & it worked when I turned it on the first day , 2nd day new issue with colored lines & pixels everywhere , took it back to them & they said they won’t fix whatever it was , never taking anything to these thieves again, they took my money & made my computer useless, I would not recommend these guys to anyone ever , I will also share this all over social media for other people thinking about going to this place.

For a simple recovery and hard drive swap took over a week. None of the data that we were told was going to be recovered, was.
Next time I’ll make the drive to alb for competent repairs.

This place is incredible ? hands down. I took my laptop here for SSD issues and I cannot believe the hospitality. These guys give such a professional experience and make it so easy. Their was an issue with the installation and the owner stayed layer hours to push the fix. I highly recommend this spot over anyone in Albuquerque or surrounding areas. For sure?!!!

They wanted $30 to copy a .iso image for windows 11 onto my own flash drive. Straight criminal to change that. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. No wonder the place looks like a trap house.

The service was awesome and helpful. The prices were reasonable as well. They cloned my ssd to a new one quickly as well. Overall would go back again if I have anymore computer issues.

Just dropped off my Dell lap top they seem like they know what they are talking about. They tech was soldering a motherboard when I walked in. Quoted me around $100 for a battery replacement.

I took my laptop there too have them check my charging port and I told them nothing else but they did a free clean up and deleted a file that I can't get back I was so mad wouldn't recommend these at the owner was very unprofessional

I took my phone in to have the screen and speaker replaced. When they said it was completed, but they never checked the speaker. Now after looking at my phone more I see that a corner of the screen is bulging out now.
