Love love love this store!!! I love the store manager Larry she's great, that's right I said she!!! Every time I go in she take me to what I need & educates me on products. With no problem, & a smile on her face!! I stopped going to tractor supply because of customer service.... I have experienced poor service at both Tractor Supply

The lady i spoke with was so rude condescending and sarcastic. I would drive 100 miles to a different store if i had to before i would spen a dollar in that store.

Me and my wife have been coming here for quite some time. We have a lot of pets, so we definitely buy a lot of food from here. We were told a long time ago that if we buy 10 bags we get one free no questions. We got a lot of food since then and have been able to get the free bag a couple times. We just recently bought a bag of dog food, this time expecting it to be free because we it was shown on the receipt, and employees telling us each time. But today I was unfortunately told that we are many bags away from our free one because in the past we have bought different brands( to have our dogs eat healthier) during that 10 bag process. I even tried to reason with them and ask if we could get this bag free because we have bought 15 bags at this point without it being free and they would not budge AT ALL. Do not go to this location what they say doesn't mean anything, either a loyal customer or new one. Please watch out for this location.
