Went in to get some kitten milk replacer. Walked up and down every isle looking for it. Could not find it (I am sure they had it and I just was not seeing it). There was no associate to help me find it. After 10 minutes of searching I walked out of the store empty handed. Was never greeted by an associate or asked if I needed any help. The store was not busy at the time I visited. I expected a little bit higher quality of customer service.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GROOMER, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I usually like this place, however, after scheduling a grooming here, I might not go back. I booked online, and was very excited to get my baby cleaned up. My dog is long-haired, and I usually bathe and brush her out myself regularly, as we live on a farm, and all the running around gets her a bit dirty. She won’t let me brush out her butt though, so that’s the only area of her that really needed a go through. She is also shedding her winter coat, so I upgraded on the app at booking for extra brushing and pampering.
At arrival, I went up to the grooming check-in, and said hello to the man at the desk. He ignored me while staring at his computer for a while, then finally looked up and asked how he could help me. After I said I was here to check in my dog, he immediately replied that it will be more than what I booked for online, stating that those prices are inaccurate. He looked up my pet’s name and said that since she hadn’t been groomed at their facility within the past 6-8 weeks, that they charge more. I didn’t think it would be more than $20 or so extra, so I agreed, and went out to my car to get the proof of vaccination.
Upon returning, the groomer, Alyssa, was waiting there. I greeted her, and boy did she have a face telling me she didn’t want to groom my dog. The man at the desk said that the new price would be $150, as opposed to the $85 I had booked for online. I asked him why, and the response was that she hadn’t been groomed in the last 6-8 weeks. However, when I had gotten her groomed before at the same state her coat was in, it was the same price, as I told him. Alyssa jumped in, with an unfriendly demeanor, and said that it is for her time, as the groomer. I told them that I was not going to spend that much over what I was quoted, and left to schedule an appointment somewhere else in town.
I believe that while I was out getting proof of vaccination, the groomer came out, and they discussed together how much more money they should gouge me for. I called customer service to see if this price increase was normal, and even they said it was ridiculous.
I usually go here all the time, as I have six pets, and I prefer getting everything I need for them here. However, this makes me want to stray away. I don’t think I will be going back to this PetSmart again.

Did an online order for curbside. Staff was helpful when finding substitutions. My pets love to visit here. Bonus-you can adopt a sweet kitty or two!

It used to be decent but lately the live bugs are DRIED out. The fish tanks are nasty, fosh sre eating eachother. There was a kennel sitting out full of smeared feces in the way... and staff is rude.

I loved taking Roxy, my border collie to have her brush out or bathed. Starre does a wonderful job and Roxy really likes her. I strongly recommend taking your dog for a day of pampering.
