“The line here is rarely more than four people and generally they'll call a second worker to help-efficient! I wish they'd put Priority Mail labels out with all the flat rate boxes. I have to ask every time. Hit and miss with drivers--sometimes they ring the doorbell for a delivery but most of the time not--an audible knock if lucky. I do appreciate our postal delivery drivers though and am grateful for them and the local office. A tough job!”

“My husband and I needed to get finger prints done. There are very few options around Albuquerque, and, of those, two machines were out of order and at a third post office the person was not able to successfully operate the machine. My husband and I made the drive out to Peralta where the machine worked and the service was good. If you need finger prints taken, it is worth the drive.”

“Dolores was so sweet and made submitting my passport application very easy, I was nervous about this appointment because multiple staff members at different locations had been very cruel towards me during this process, but all of that anxiety subsided the second she greeted us. She never once made us feel like a burden for being there.”
“I love this post office it’s my local go to. Jaqi is an awesome addition to this team. Even though she seems to be the youngest employee I’ve seen she out shines all the other ones by far with her knowledge and impeccable customer service. And to all the customers with complaints, who know nothing about mail and policies you should trust those who are trying to do their job and stay in your own lane.”
