“The main redeeming quality was that we were able to rent the unit fully online without too much hassle. They required insurance which was silly as I didn't want any at all. The unit was a bit expensive, but was useful for our needs. One big plus was having doors that could open on both sides of the unit. The downside was that it was lucky we had two locks but we weren't expecting to have to.

The major problems we had started with that the actual complex was difficult to find. I think better signage showing people where to go would be helpful. Additionally we had a large U-haul truck pulling a trailer that was difficult to navigate through the tight rows of units. The trailer had to be removed and carried by hand back to the exit once it was emptied. I would not recommend these units to you if you have a trailer. The units are very dusty and you can expect your things to be dusty here. The unit had not been previously cleaned or even inspected. There were several small items in the unit when we moved our stuff in. Also, it was frustrating that the doors would not stay up when rolled up. we had to use an item we were moving or have a person stand to hold the door up while moving things in and out. Finally, I think the manager or owner (whoever I contacted about moving out) was not very professional. They asked for photos for my move out showing the unit cleaned, but I was already gone. There was nothing about photos in the contract, so I felt taken aback and they did not provide any explanation. I also did not get a response, but they simply changed my account online to show moved out. Communication could be improved.

EDIT** Owner/manager did call and confirm everything was settled with the unit, so communication was improved. I still don't feel like it was a 5 star experience, but appreciated the gesture. Changed review to 4/5.”

“Friendly and professional staff. Grounds and units clean and maintained. Rented a unit for 3yrs with not one issue or complaint. Safe and secure lot I will definitely use them again and again.”
