I haved worked for this business for several years. The service we provide is the best you can get. Keep in mind that the service that was provided to some may never be any good. The employees here work very hard to satisfy their customers. Think about that before you launch a complaint. We aim to satisfy.

We have waited beyond the promised delivery date on a regular basis. They even forgot us 2 times. We've had to wait 4 days for a delivery. Now, they are telling us to call 7 days in advance. This is winter and the lows are in the 20's. They are either unorganized or need more drivers.
