Received a note at our home that our Amazon package couldn’t be delivered by UPS was told it needed to be picked up at this location. 1st time they wouldn’t let my husband have it, no big deal. 2nd time they wouldn’t let me in. Door was locked with a sign on the door saying computer down, 3 customers and two employees were inside.I knocked to see if I could pick up my package w/o computers needed, they just stared at me. I knocked again they still ignored me, finally one of the customers came over and yelled through the door ‘they said they can’t scan it’ what in the bizarro world?! Why couldn't one of the staff come talk to me like a human.3rd time - Went today they said they didn’t have it UPS tracking says they do. This place should be shut down. Called UPS they said they do have it and are escalating my case, this is ridiculous.

Visited this clean well appointed store this morning. Was quickly greeted with a smile. I needed a large 100 plus page document printed in black and white. It took maybe 5 minutes. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping and printing needs.

This is my favorite UPS store because the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been going there for 5 years I have never had a problem.

Everyone here was so helpful! i came in for a simple print job and a notary, they were very helpful as ive never had to do a notary before and had many questions! the staff were paitent and comforting. i rated it one star less as i saw nasty people yelling at the employees about amazon returns and the times they close, it was very disheartening to see people act such a way as they are just UPS and not amazon. i highly recommend this establishment! 4 stars😁

I read the other reviews. We tried to give them a chance. I've never seen such rude, lazy, passive aggressive woman as what I've seen here. Then they close at all hours and you can't get your mail. By the way you won't get it if you complain. 3 times I had something mailed. Nope. Drive farther if you can find a place. They know they got you

I can always count on this store for rude customer service. The new remodel is terrible and customers end up standing outside when they wait in line. It appears they made the back area larger and shrunk the customer area. A good indicator of what they think of the customer. Another UPS Store location needs to open somewhere else down in this area. I would gladly go somewhere else.

The parking lot is being completely redone leaving zero parking spaces making it a hassle to even attempt to do business.

The store closes at 1. I live about an hour away and got there before 1, but this lady already locked the doors and would not permit me and another patron to pay for their services, so I never will again.
