I love this post office it’s my local go to. Jaqi is an awesome addition to this team. Even though she seems to be the youngest employee I’ve seen she out shines all the other ones by far with her knowledge and impeccable customer service. And to all the customers with complaints, who know nothing about mail and policies you should trust those who are trying to do their job and stay in your own lane.

You need more staffing. Unacceptable to only have one employee on the front counter during working hours.

I had never sent out a package and I thought I was going to fill out a form to print a label for my package but when I got there lady at the front desk curly short hair with a bandana dark complected was extremely rude as soon as i walked in she looked at me up and down I told her it was my first time sending a package and she was super sarcastic unnecessary. I wrote down on my packages the address and SEF helped me out he treated me kind and made me feel like a valued customer. To the lady please be kind you don’t know what people are going through. If you’re having a bad day just stay quiet instead of trying to belittle someone. Bad treatment is not the way to go,.. treat others as if it was your family member asking for help.

The mail man leaving my packages on the ground close to the fence. He see my dogs and he let them
Destroyed my packages. Here is two packages destroyed because they throw away everything to close to fence .

All of the workers at this location have been very patient and friendly with me. They work very hard and some things are beyond their control. It helps me to go there and even if there is a long line I know when it’s my turn someone will be there to help me, even when I barely have my stuff together. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible customer service, especially Regina! So rude ALL THE TIME! if you hate customer service you should have chosen a different job. They are also so rude and unprofessional. Even the mail delivery guy is just as bad! He’ll leave your mail and packages anywhere and everywhere and when confronted respond with “my bad”. Who is doing this hiring? And who’s the manager because when I ask for one I am told there isn’t one, so who is in charge??? Someone’s vehicle title was left in my mailbox, the address numbers weren’t even close to mine so not sure how that got mixed up wasn’t even on the same street but when I tried taking it in was treated as if I stole it or something. Unbelievable! I do however want to show Recognition to Sef I believe his name is and another young lady with her lashes done, very helpful, kind and professional, so if you need to go into this location ask for either one of them otherwise YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED PROPERLY AND WILL BE GREETED WITH AN ATTITUDE AS IF YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM WHEN IT IS IN FACT THEIR JOB THAT THEY APPLIED FOR, not us.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. The customer service is so bad that I have to dive right into this review starting off with the attitude, laziness, unprofessionalism. I have had the most disrespectful lady assist me every time. Oh yea I am calling you (her) out. She is the only older African American lady there. This is to you. Learn how to speak to others, your job is customer service, your not suppose to give me attitude when I’m coming in for what your job description is ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH THIER MAIL. That is one of the easiest jobs in todays world, trust me I use to do it.

This post office always does a reasonable job. The staff is polite and helpful and seems like they try to be as efficient as possible to get the line down when it’s busier. When they’re not busy, they make time to add extra touches like asking how my day is, but when busy they’re more just trying to get me taken care of quickly. Never had any issues getting things mailed, etc. and I’ve probably come here at least 20 times.

I have lived here 9 years and never had a problem with my mail being delivered now they don’t put my mail in box saying it’s blocked. I honestly don’t know how they get out to deliver boxes but can’t get out to put mail in ?

I didn't ever get in my mouth. No way I shouldn't. Everything that I've called you to the Post Office and never get my mail. Neighbor gets my mail. I got the neighbor's mail or don't get my mail at all. Getting sick and tired of this. They need to get better on their service and their workers.Putting the mail and the proper mailbox

I would give zero stars if possible. Don't expect your mail to be delivered more than once or twice a week. I've had multiple "attempted deliveries" where they put a slip in telling us to not let people park near our mailbox. News flash, I don't control people parking on a PUBLIC street. I've watched delivery drivers pass right by my house and neighbors and not stop but still get a notification about my mail not being delivered because there wasn't access to the mailbox. If your job is to deliver mail than deliver it.
