If zero was an option I would take it. I went to Walgreens tonight feeling under the weather. I go in there quite often being it's in my area of town. Well I walked in and immediately was followed around by male worker with black hair and glasses. I have never been this insulted in my life, especially with the amount of money I spend at that store. This definitely makes me not want to go back. I remember when this store used to have friendly customer service. Not any more especially when they hire people that disrespect the customers.

They do not deserve 1 star. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They tell you a prescription is ready. You go there and they have nothing ready. You try to transfer it somewhere else and they won't transfer it. They won't fill anything until you're standing in the store. I'd honestly rather go without my prescription than use this store again.

Wasted a trip today to pick up a prescription. I checked the pharmacy hours beforehand but arrived during a pharmacy lunch break that is not listed on their website. When I returned the pharmacy line was extremely long. Happily, I was not in a hurry for my prescription. I will come back another day with a folding stool and a book to make the wait endurable. I have switched most of my prescriptions to a mail-order service but still must use Walgreen's for one-time medications.

Wort customer service to date. Untrained clerk and two other employees just watching him from 50 feet away. What a shame. The Untrained employee will never get better and the other two are worthless.

Rudest employees ever. Lights are all on, doors are open, cars in the lot, people walking in and out; I walk in with my son and the employee sitting on her butt on the cash register counter looks at me and says "you have like A minute" putting emphasis on "A". She didn't say this to the people who walked in right in front of me. So I turned around and walked out. This employee follows us out and stands next to the garbage can watching us until we got to our truck and got in. I don't know what her deal is, but she lost customers in my family.

I talked to a lady about getting all my prescriptions changed from a ABq store to this Los Lunas store. 45 minutes and guess what??? Nothing was changed. No prescriptions ready. Don’t waist ur time with Walgreens. Awful company and even worse employees.

On May 30, 2023, I was at the Walgreens lovated at: 1861 Main St NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031.I have been picking up my monthly maintenance meds for a few months at this location.The staff is poorly trained, and the technician I spoke to twice in two (2) days, was very rude and combative to my wife.and I. My medication was out of stock, then it arrived, and I was ("shorted") on my medication. Yesterday, the technician stated "WE RECEIVE MEDICATION ON AN ALLOCATION BASIS")!!! Then the poorly trained tech, with a.severe attitude stated: "it may be a week or a month before we order more and receive it"!!! That is a lie, as Walgreens is a giant company in the pharmaceutical world, and they "DO NOT" order on an allocation basis. They can order from their warehouse, then they have a secondary source to order. There are other Walgreens or pharmacies just around the corner. No one needs to he harassed. I am crippled and just going to pick up my medication is hard on me. I do not need to be talked down to, or harassed.Respectfully,Carlos

The worst pharmacy ever. They take 2 weeks to fill a prescription, or they send it to a different city. They cancel the auto refill, and when you are in there, there is a long line and everyone behind the counter is standing together watching one person work.

Waited in the drive through for an hour and a half, repeated the name on the prescription 7 times to have them tell me they made a mistake and the other Walgreens filled the prescription. This was contrary to the address on the text message we received to pick it up. Transferring my prescription to Walmart moving forward. I guess we are just one of MANY people this has happened too. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, Los Lunas deserves better than this!

I am so impressed with this pharmacy. My little guys has a severe case of strep, script sent in at 4:30 pm to the other LL location. By 3:30 pm THE NEXT DAY they still hadn’t filled a simple script of penicillin. Called to have it transferred to this location. They NEVER TRANSFERRED IT! They kicked it back into the system as needing verification but never called me. Went to the location off Camelot and told them the situation. Prescription filled in 20 minutes!Nichole was particularly helpful and knowledgable, but I could see the whole team was working fast and diligently to fill orders! Such a pleasant experience after getting jerked around at the other location. Thanks for helping me take care of my sick son!

This is the worse pharmacy team I've ever experience. Whether it's the drive thru line or inside line, they are continuously SLOW and incompetent. Several.complaints have been submitted to the DM and store manager, but nothing gets fixed. the drive thru line will help out a customer for 30minutes figuring out what's wrong with his/her order. Does not make sense, why not ask the customer to come in to troubleshoot? To make matters worse, the staff lacks customer service. If you don't like what you do, find another job.This pharmacy is incompetent, slow, and incapable to provide customer service.

Pretty average, for the most part. They occasionally have the pharmacy shut down on the weekends, which is super inconvenient and quite a shocker to someone who depends on them to get their meds. Pretty weird.
