“Harley is her name. She was knowledgeable on every subject as I am a newbie to rv trailer traveler. Very professional and very sweet. I plan on continuing service with this company simply because of how impressed I was with Harley. Great Employee! She’s a keeper for you all!”
“Super easy process. Just take the propane tank to the filling area. There’s a guy who weighs it and tells you how many gallons. Then go to the office and pay. By the time you’re done paying usually the tank is filled.”
“Maggie @ West Albuquerque Propane just helped me with filling my tanks. She was very friendly and professional. Successful on one and one wouldn't fill so - I just purchased replacement. Easy peasy! My 2027 MDC XT19HRT OGE tanks are in a locked bay ao the long nozzle was tricky to get to the receiver on the tank. First time actually filling the tanks. The what I needed to replace was a lot easier to take out and put in that I thought. The strap around the tank is just unfastened with a clasp.
IMPORTANT to note. The two prior propane for RV fillers I could not get my truck and camper into their property at all. So this was the location I Googled the third time and was very happy that I could get in and around to where I needed to be to fill a propane and then just a circle around exit. Very happy customer
Now I have enough propane for the next couple of weeks of my camping trip”
“We have been customers for 45 years. In recent years Haskell, our delivery driver, has taken great care to inspect our equipment each time he comes. He and AJ have done a great job of maintaining and repairing our systems. Recently Haskell detected a leaky regulator on one of our tanks and he alerted AJ who came and replaced it that day. Several years ago they put a nice paint job on both our tanks. Ferrellgas is serving our propane needs very well thanks to guys in the field like Haskell and AJ and office personnel who are very responsive and informative.”

“Although this location is not a store nor rental shop the customer service I received here was extraordinary. My sobbing self was greeted with kindness and compassion. Best customer service I've had yet from uhual. Thank you very much.”

“The gentleman working there was helpful and professional. This location is a better Albuquerque location to use if using Uhaul.
Based upon other factors, I cannot recommend Uhaul though. Not only was I sent to two locations to pick up my reservations, but there was an error in mileage costing me extra money. Don’t be fooled by the savings! Uhaul finds a way to get that right back out of you!”

“Dellen did a wonderful job, and he was friendly was fast and customer service was great. I would recommend the one on wyoming every time they do a great job , and it's a seamless rental.”
“Please work on the app, I had a few hiccups with it. Otherwise this was the best experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Thank you for making this nerve-wracking trip, that I had to make, much better. Thank you Tim for your help in returning the truck complete. ?”
