Went to the Allsups in Melrose tonight and for the first time they were closed during the night hours. Allsups isn't what it used to be.And I will start taking my business somewhere else.

Pumps never work to pay outside. You have to go in to pay so you spend the rest of the day stinking like an Allsups burrito. Gross.

3 starts. The food is great but the coffee station lacks attention. And the cream quagulates turns into Chucky stuff. Yuk. But the chimis, the home style chicken, pretty much everything in that hot box is absolutely delicious

It's a nice small stop for drink, snacks and a few small grocery items. Employees where very nice. I'd suggest stopping here instead of going east a bit to that pilot truck stop.

Called in two double cheese burgers taking first bite they were to salty to eat .. one burger was also completely raw . Moly told me it's my problem that she doest have a complaint one and good luck when I try to let her manager know . When you pay 12- 13 bucks for a burger at the least you should be able to eat it ..... customer service 0

Although the people that work there seemed awfully nice and super friendly, The bathrooms were the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen. Every toilet was nasty and disgusting inside and out the sink to wash your hands was brown everywhere and the floor look like it hadn't been mopped ever. I actually took pictures but I decided not to post them. But whoever owns and runs this store should make sure that people are doing a little more cleaning.
