Honestly blown away. I was hesitant putting my stuff in storage but the units at Abundant Storage, the friendly staff and the security put all my worries to rest. The facility where my stuff is stored is clean! The owner, Henry, is always responsive and answers any and all questions I have. The office manager, Shannon, goes above and beyond with every aspect of my storage needs. They have competitive pricing and it was so seamless to rent a unit. Reservations and making payments are simple - they have a user-friendly online platform for anyone who doesn’t want to go to the office to pay. The Abundant staff worked very well with my movers when I added things to the unit and were helpful in ensuring my movers had what they needed for a smooth process. The staff is respectful each time I speak with them, responsive, and just overall wonderful. I am truly impressed and couldn’t be happier with this company. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit, 1000% worth it!

Amazing customer service!!!They guy who always answers the phone, Henry (or Hank?), is so kind and supportive. I've never had a hard time reaching him and he has continued to be of service with any questions or help I needed. The woman who helped me in the office was also wonderful, kind, and very supportive and helpful.Abudant Storage made my move so much easier and took the stress off of knowing my things are in good hands and that I'm working with real humans who are good people.

Well, it's a great service to alot of people in Las Cruces NM. The gentleman that owns this storage facilities. Is's one of the kindest and the most generous person, I have ever met.
