I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday and they said no one was home so they left a slip. I was home all day! I rescheduled the package said it was being held here so I called to get an update and the lady was RUDE. I was asking a question and she interrupted before I could finish my sentence. I received confirmation that my package was delivered to a parcel locker and it was never delivered and I rescheduled it to be delivered to my door no the locker. If you cannot deliver good customer service maybe this isn’t the right field for you.

I have had it ! Been dealing with this way to long . I have been patient and very and I mean very calm but enough is enough ! This goes directed to one employee who I finally to the name Genoveva Rivera . Never have any issues with anyone besides her it’s like she is bitter or has no life and to be honest I really don’t care about her personal life . When you are at work you should leave that aside period !!!! I have noticed that when my business packages are taking to her either they get damaged or charged extra weight by an ounce or are ripped or simple things like when my son or husband or daughter have gone in to get certain things like certified mail or anything and she is there it’s like we don’t have this here . You have to go in town , we get limited certified letter cards given to us or I needed a change of address card she made my oldest go to town to get one ! Because according to her they don’t carry them at that post office ! So what I did I sent a package to a friend with my name on it it arrived unraveled destroyed she was the person who received it and the second one I sent was received by the other young lady arrived perfectly just to prove how this lady is exactly who I thought it was ! It must be horrible to live with such bitterness and low self esteem. Don’t take in the customers what your husband or family did to you . All that make up maybe the issue aunque la changa se vista de seda changa se queda ?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The women that work here are lazy, rude and unprofessional. They always close their registers early so they can’t help you after a certain time. They should change their hours online as it is very inconvenient for businesses that have to drive out from Las Cruces just to find out you have to drive all the way back the next day because they “closed their register early”. Im glad I was able to get though to file a formal complaint online, hopefully they look into this horrible post office. Thank you Patty for you’re rudeness and wasting my time.

The employees give a detestable impression that they do not have any idea about how to do their job. They haven't offer any solution for my "overflow" mail for three years and keep retaining the mail without any explanation. I wonder why the same unprofessional team has been working the same way till today.

If I could give less than a star like let's say maybe a negative rating I would do that and only because this individual didn't even want to try to begin to think about dreaming of even helping me slightly. Jasmine Gabrielle didn't even offer the slightest bit of help explaining where my mail from the Texas Workforce Commission could possibly. I felt bad because i almost had to be rude to get even a slight response from her. She was being sarcastic and still even after i repeatedly probed her about where my mail could be she was still rude.

I have been waiting for my mail from the Texas Workforce Commission for over 2 months and through that long journey of misunderstandings and stolen email account credentials and things of that nature I finally got in touch with a representative that told me the mail showed up to my friends address May 20th 2021, it is May 21 2021 today. Jasmine Gabrielle is the individual that I had to ask for help with no progress at all. She basically told me she had no clue where my mail could possibly be "sorry have a good day". Actually she didn't even say have a good day or sorry and I still have no idea where my mail is. My friend's address doesn't actually have a receiving mailbox set up with the United States Postal Service. His personal mail goes to his parents address in El Paso. I have been depending on this money just to get a home to sustain myself until I'm able to get a job. Jasmine Gabrielle still left me with so many questions,wasn't helpful in the slightest. She said it could be in El Paso but you would think someone who works for the United States Postal Service would have a better idea of where to point an individual that has no clue about these things. I really REALLY hope she gets reprimanded for this.

Worst customer service EVER, older lady is rude. I showed up at 4:30pm. She said they were closed and refused to attend me.Even though all post offices in the area close at 5pm. I had to drive to another location that gladly assisted me.

They turned me away twice and refused to give me a package that was delivered claiming they didn't have time. After going the third time the lady had the audacity to scold me for leaving the package for so long. I need to find out where to file a complaint.

Not suprising reviews! Worst service ever, in the 6 years i only have gone there 4 times and everytime I've had a bad experience. The lady in charge is rude and unqualified. Makes everything so complicated almost as if it was on purpose. Expects you to know the process as if you where an employee and the more questions you ask the more rude she gets. Really knows how to make you feel like a pest. Very inconvenient, and prolongs what should be a simple process because of her misinformation. I hope its a very long time before I need anything else from this place.
