I just witnessed foul and disrespectful behavior towards a young woman with blue hair and pink pants on and the female that was with her. I'm driving to Taos on a road trip from California and never have I witness such immature behavior from an older woman. Made fun of her hair and clothing and after they left, continued to insult those ladies. I had to leave without purchasing a thing. I won't ever go back and give you business. I don't want to be treated the way they were because of how they look/clothing. The older man brushed off their complaint like it was nothing and all the girl was asking was why they were so cruel. That's what they were, horrible to those two young women. I hope something is done.

My families have lived in Mora and Chacon for decades....we are currently in town for a funeral for our aunt Mary Frances Herrera. Today, my sister and I went in to get gas to head to her burial ground to show our respects. As soon as we walked in, we heard two ladies laugh at us, and begin to speak with cruelty about us. I confronted the male at the register, and said we could hear everything. He knew exactly what I was talking about and started to say that the two women laughing at us and talking poorly about us were ONLY JOKING. Unbelievably rude, especially during such a hard time. Nothing, nothing excuses such behavior, especially during business hours. We are patrons and come from people of this place. This was blatant disrespect and unprofessional. Nothing can explain or justify this behavior. PROFESSIONALS ARE PROFESSIONAL, not busy disrespecting paying guests while in the building.

The employees were super helpful as we needed help navigating the road up to Angel Fire. Our snow chains were to small. They recommended bungee cords and helped us attach them. Burritos were pretty dam good too!
