Propane in Moriarty, NM

“Have been with Cortez for over 10 years now. Lived in rural Montana growing up and have dealt with propane companies my whole life. This company is the BEST propane company I have ever dealt with, hands down. My father lives on my property and is disabled. Ran out of propane and they accommodated him the same exact day to get him running. They are always helpful and punctual. I never get the run around with Cortez.”

“Like the auto-fill feature, however...
I was told, when setting up my account years ago, that tank rental fees are waived for customers who have more than one tank refill/year. I mine probably amounts to at least 3 refills/year, and yet every year I'm charged tank rental. I mentioned it in a survey that year and it ended up being removed, but this year again I was charged tank rental in July.
And I presume what I was told back at the beginning still applies, because in reading your terms of service, it mentions that tank rentals vary according to usage. Why do I keep getting charged?”
