This is a good dealership. Fair prices, really nice people. We worked with Will Martinez, who was just an absolute pleasure to work with. Low key, no pressure. Thank you!

I while back, we were hauling our 5-wheel, trying to arrive at a funeral in Tucumcari. My truck started going into limp mode and dying on the freeway. When we pull off into Moriarity we noticed Tillery GMC. I knew it was a long shot because diesel mechanics are booked way out in advanced. Densie Sena in customer service was really kind and understanding of our predicament. Their mechanic came out (name unknown) and said he was extremely backed up but would try to help. After a few hour they brought my keys back and had us on our way.I cannot thank them enough for what they did during our tough time and in their busy time! I only wish there were more businesses like this that would take a moment even when they are extremely busy to really listen to someone and think harder if they can do something. My wife and I highly recommend Tillery GMC

These days, it is so hard to find a dealership that is transparent and not try to rip you off. My recent purchase experience has been more than stellar. Unlike all the other dirty dealerships, the price they tell you is the price of the vehicle they are selling. No more dirty tricks, like premium or some required options - uh, if it is an option then why is it required? No more nasty salesman. Thanks for being one of the last few businesses that truly value customer relationships.

Put up a $100 deposit to have a number on the list for a C8 Z06. I was told there would be a 5K premium mark up above msrp which I could live with. I was called recently that my number came up for an allocation to get this car. I was also told it would be a 50K markup. Talk about a bait and switch. Tillery and other Chevy dealers are gouging customers with these ridiculous markups just because of a popular car with limited production.

I've brought my truck to this location 3 times. Not for just oil changes but for some transmission issues as well. When I brought it in for transmission issues originally they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it, I asked if they had actually driven it to feel the issue, they said no they didn't have time. In the end they suggested a transmission flush, so I spent $400 and the issue is still there 2 months later. This last time I brought it in for an oil change and to complain about the transmission issue again, I dropped my truck off at 8am and I had to call at 5pm to get an update, they told me the oil change is done but the tech hasn't gotten around to looking at the transmission. They close at 530 which means I couldn't pick up my truck that day. Everytime I drop it off here I have to call by the early evening to get an update. The least they could do is keep the customer updated, that way if they can't get the vehicle back, at least we can figure something else out in the meantime. When Cody was the service advisor there I would at least get one call with an update. I understand everywhere is short staffed and what not but our vehicles is what gets us places, an update would be appreciated, and especially before they close in 30 minutes.

My dad took his impala here for maintenance. It needed brakes, battery, and oil change. They kept the car for 5 days because they needed to wait for parts. Dad checked after when he got it home and found that the battery had not been changed out despite being charged $160 plus $50 labor (battery was dirty with battery acid around the posts). He took it back and THEN they actually changed out the battery. So now he is distrustful that they actually did any of the things they said and will not be going back. Also, he was charged for 6 quarts of oil. (The car only holds 4 quarts.)

Very happy with my purchase! If anyone is considering buying from here, I urge you to seek out Mr. William Martinez, he will treat you good and does right by you. He cares about your interests and not his own. You don't find too many car sales consultants like this. Mr. Will, if you read this, thank you again sir. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I appreciate you sir. Keep doing great work!

Traded in my older truck for a new Chevy from Tillery. Zero-pressure sales (I even had to ask to put a deposit on an incoming truck!), nice staff, responsive salesman communication (I had to email back-and-forth with Avery for about a month looking for a shipment to come in of the new Colorados).Even during the sale, zero pressure for "upsells" like extended warranty, etc. Sales just gave me a quick spill on the details and so did the financing, but no pressure to get you to purchase lots of addons. No dealer markups, no "dealer installed addons" that artificially run up the price (I've read the horror stories on Reddit from other dealers in other states).Bonus: Free lifetime powertrain warranty as long as you use their service (or a pre-approved service center) for routine maintenance. I haven't used their service center yet, so I can't review that part, but at least the option to have the warranty is there (at no additional cost).

No more loyalty, hospitality, and treating customers come first. Believe me, I am from old school. I was vehicle budgeting, economy hunting. Moriarty Tillery was the place.I was treated like family. WOW.Everyone treated me above and well with respect plus my family. DIVERSITY they have that. Thank you Tillery. I purchased vehicle that fits my budget plus Mike and Javaan are professional.

I bought a car with an extended warranty worth $5,000.The car came with locking lug nuts, but no key. They didn't have the key. They ordered me new lug studs. Shipped to my house and suggested I figure it out on my own or pay an auto shop that's local to remove the locking lug nut for me.
