Wow, just like the most recent review, sounds like a new trend in Customer service. The "Teller" at the drive up this afternoon was very dismissive of our family's banking inquiry. My wife recently opened a new account and was trying to help our teenaged daughter cash her SSI check and the Elder woman with White pony tail, not sure of name as she did not introduce her self. No hello, just a curt response to the checks with the account number on back. She did not type in the account number just looked at us threw her hands in the air and said "What are we doing here?" Not sure what she was implying. This behavior I have seen in Albuquerque by in professional people. I guess we just expected more from our small community. She then started she could not help us because our daughter " needed a new ID, even with a valid ID we gave her. I guess she was having a bad day and did not realize it does not expire for a few years. The Teller threw up her hands again not sure out of frustration or Incompetance. We called and left a message with no response in reference to the lack luster "CUSTOMER SERVICE" we recieved. We disabled Americans expect to be treated the same as everyone else when we do banking and commerce. The smiles and polite attitude should also be given to "New Account holders." As well as every other customer that was " serviced with a smile." I really hope it wasn't because we were a Hispanic Family. We are reconsidering whether or not to continue our banking here.

Incredibly poor service by Elise Taylor. I have a couple of accounts there that I had not utilized in while. The initial teller recommended that I open a money market account, which seemed like a good idea. She then had me meet w/Ms. Taylor, who seemed disinterested and acted like she was doing me a favor. She then advised that since the account that I was transferring money from (which was a sizable account) had not had recent activity I would have to come back another day to open the money market. She did not know the rule on how long an account had to go without activity to be "dormant" and made no effort to be helpful. Incredibly poor and unprofessional service. I will be closing the accounts at US Bank and doing business at a bank where customer service still matters.

I was just at this bank with my mom. She has worked for banks and knows what they can and cant do. But the manager of this bank does not know her job and was not willing to work with my mom who has been a long time customer. She closed one account and will be closing her last 2 accounts. We do not recommend this bank at to anyone. Poor customer service.

The drive thru teller, Pat, is an absolute delight to deal with. The manager of the bank is also stellar. Both are so friendly and Happy and willing to take the extra step to make their customers happy.
