If I can give a ZERO star I would. I don’t know who is in charge of hiring their employees. BOTH female employees were very rude, shoved my new keys, and walked away while I was still talking. The employee with short hair got very defensive on how the other employee left a note on my mailbox, which I had gone to my mailbox over 3x and there was NO note. Also, I called 5+ times and no answer. I hope they are able to get the proper training on how to deal with customers, because this is NOT how.

USPS drivers are blind. I have large mailbox on front but they leave my packages on ground by fence so my dogs can eat all packages! How blind driver can be he seen my all dogs by fence. Thank you dear usps yuck! 🤮 I believe the driver doing this on purpose.

Went to this post office for my passport renewal for my trip. The lady made the process really easy, she was also very nice. The process was quick and easy.

They lost my package, that contained something valuable and of sentimental value and was refused a refund. They even admitted to losing it, went through the process and was refused not only once but twice. They owned up to losing it but are a pathetic, worthless, fraudulent, and no integrity company. I will never do business with these criminals again... I'm glad they are going under. I'm routing for all other parcel delivery companies..!

Girl driver just dropped off a notification for a certified letter, funny thing I'm home! She didn't even come to the door! Now I get to go to the post office "which is set up to deliver to me: to pick up the letter. What is that!?

I own a company in Bosque Farms and these lazy drivers are now just throwing packages on the ground outside of businesses on the ground to be stolen instead of pulling inside to deliver to office or at least the mailbox.

I love how professional they are friendly and alway are willing to help with anything and everything, I have never had a problem they don’t solve they are one awesome staff I love going in just to say hi, and I also love my mail carrier she is wonderful also professional at her job.

I've been coming to this post office my whole life (because we don't have a mailbox) & it's sad to say I dread going in if Frances is there. She is always unpleasant to deal with. Oh well, as long as I get all my mail, I'll be ok.
