“I had a great experience with San Juan. I rented a two-bedroom unit for a year and shared it with one roommate. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and pleasant to live in.

The living conditions were excellent: there was a washer and dryer right in the unit. Outside - a pool, a small gym that was almost always empty, and a study room with computers and a printer. I never had any issues with water or electricity. The prices were very reasonable, the staff was friendly, and maintenance requests were handled quickly.

The only minor downside was that I had to buy my own Wi-Fi router, but that was not a big deal. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend San Juan.”
