“We went in to get a washer dryer as Robert was the only store in the area to stock the brand we were after. Robert was so helpful and we ended up purchasing a freezer and a dishwasher as well. There was a mix up with the delivery guys but Robert called after to sort everything out. Would definitely use again and it’s nice to support a local store. Many thanks!”

“I had a very bad experience at the store in Clovis so I went to Portales New Mexico where Julian gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. I struggle with technology and he sat there patiently and helped me and walked me through everything I was having problems with. He even took the time to sit there and write it all down for me! Thank you so much to him! He deserves his job!”
