“I had a very bad experience at the store in Clovis so I went to Portales New Mexico where Julian gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. I struggle with technology and he sat there patiently and helped me and walked me through everything I was having problems with. He even took the time to sit there and write it all down for me! Thank you so much to him! He deserves his job!”

“We went in to get a washer dryer as Robert was the only store in the area to stock the brand we were after.
Robert was so helpful and we ended up purchasing a freezer and a dishwasher as well. There was a mix up with the delivery guys but Robert called after to sort everything out. Would definitely use again and it’s nice to support a local store. Many thanks!”
