JR is a great boss. My husband works here for last year and loves it. My brother in law works there as well. Go see them! You won't regret it. matt is my husband and he will be taking care of any tire issues u need addressed. Tip him good! He really ⅇarℼs it with his wonderful disposition and charming smile and ways. I am not saying that bc I'm married to him. I say that bcoz I know him. Rodney the mechanic is great too. He has worked here I believe several years now. He will be happy ⍑o ⚗ake ur ride pur like a kitten. Yolanda in the office will be happy to answer anything u may need from her. Ty for ur continued patronage and loyalty for Northstar Tire and Auto.

JR and crew are awesome! We've brought them a few interesting challenges from an interesting vehicle, and they always come through both quickly and VERY reasonably on price. We've been to a few mechanics in the area and these guys are by far our favorite.

These guys saved my but. I had two tire blow out on my rv barely made it to them. They not only helped me with getting new tires, that had to be ordered in the day. But secured a place to safely park and stay in my rv. They definitely went out of there way for me.

It’s rare nowadays to find a place to open back up after 5pm closing time (5:10) to provide service. We had a flat traveling through the area and the gentleman got us back on the road.

JR and his staff are amazing people! This is the ONLY place I take my vehicle when I need anything done with or for it. He has very reasonable prices, but you can't beat great work they do and stand behind their work. They try to have your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. I'll never use another auto shop. In fact, I would pay extra to have it towed to this shop if it was outside the towing distance through my insurance.

They are supposed to be a fire place but to get then to do what is required as a ture place you have to specifically ask or they won't bother and to had d them try to fix minor problems takes a couple days at the least and then if it's Skyview they don't feel like doing they sell tell you to need a whole new car...... but other then that it's the phrase to go if
It's not the weekend or after lunch because it's not in the time budget.

Great people. Extremely helpful, professional, and did their best to get me in and out as fast as possible before last week's winter storm hit Texas and the area while I was stranded because my transmission was slipping out of gear, going into limp mode. I was able to stay just ahead of the winter storm and make the 16 hour drive safely because of their efforts. Thanks guys. God bless.
