“The Wells Fargo bank in Raton, New Mexico has been terrific since I opened my account a little over 3 years ago. The staff is always friendly, patient and helpful. When I had an issue with the IRS they were very helpful in getting me the Wells Fargo documents I needed. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they have no hours on Saturday and don't open until 9:00 a.m. I'd recommend this branch to anyone.”

“My banking experience with this bank had been excellent. And on every type of customer related service, they Excell. Yes, I see their ATM IS SOMETIMES OUT OF MONEY. But I also note their atm is the best in town and gets lots of outsider traffic. Its not uncommon to have 2 cars behind you on a simple withdrawal and run. Most of all I appreciate the banks hyper vigilant theft protection system. It's saved me money Job well done!”
