Their system keeps sending out erroneous late notices. They have been aware of it for a long time but they can't be bothered to fix it! Very poor regard of customers and points to poor management!

I called them a year ago to close my account, they never did and are now sending overdraft fees. Never use this bank they can't even answer the phone.
