This is the worst bank you could possible get. Don’t bother wasting your time. If I could give no stars, I would.

They don't answer the main phone line. Their "tech" couldn't fix a bicycle.

This is the worst bank in Raton, the casheers are rude, and the whole structure is flawed.

InBank Raton does not answer calls. If you leave a message no one calls you back. Very frustrating bank. When it was International Bank someone always answered the phone. Very unhappy with this bank.

Used InBank initially to purchase come commercial property. Felt like communication was slow and inconsistent but we got the job done. Went to use them again for a business loan and was working with same Vice President I used before. Figured we had great rapport and I had great credit so there would be no issues. Couldn't get calls back, or emails or texts for response. Was told they were working on it, even approved at one point, he would get back to me tomorrow with info...Never happened. Never responded. I jumped through all their hoops and provided all the documentation and he just stopped responding. Nothing, nada. Do not bank here.

Absolutely the worst banking situation I've ever dealt with in 60 odd years of banking. Their online banking software is a freaking nightmare to deal with, and when you call them, you are at least 15 minutes with the automated phone system trying to reach a human representative. They Never answer the phone anymore; you go straight to that damn automated call thing. I'm looking for another bank as quickly as is feasible for me. Just don't do it.

The ladies at the small branch wouldn't cash my stimulus check. Even though I had money to cover the check times over. Then refused to give me cash from my bank account. After demanding my money and sitting at the drive thru window for 30 minutes they started to tell me to move because I was blocking traffic. They even went as far as to tell me they don't have cash at the bank. Finally I got a cashier check which didn't help as I needed cash that day. It cost me a great deal that went to someone else with cash. I wish this was an isolated event. The first time I was cashing a check for a Mexican gentleman that worked for a local company in town. The lady told me he should open his own account, all he needs is legal documents. Like he isn't?

Very unprofessional and as rude as they come. Whomever is training the women in here is training them all the same. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I will never bring a client into this bank again. So embarrassing! Not being able to walk into a bank and ask for a little help is disheartening and sad.

There's really nothing good to say about this bank except stay away. I've got a preapproval for a $68,000 home. The bank wanted almost $9000 in closing cost Plus interest for 30 years. They mailed me the preapproval letter, which I never got, everyone knows in New Mexico has the worst Mail service ever. Just like this bank still thinks his 1960 if it was 1960 this would be a great bank but the fact is this 2018 they do not use email, they do not use commonsense the letter had my Social Security number and my wife's Social Security number we're supposed to give this letter to all the real estate agents just so we could look at a house. Why would you put my social security number on documents that I'm going to give away? They're much better banks online or anywhere else but this one. Just uses your common sense they don't!
