You would think a 60 y/o male shopping at the store in the morning with a closed container of coffee isn't a problem! I guess I'll be sending clients elsewhere. I could understand the potentially for a child spilling a drink on an item but a grown adult!

We had a great shopping experience. Great and Friendly customer service. Only four stars because we had tryed to go to the shop the day before on a Sunday at 3:00 and it was closed when online said it was open.

The employee working was extremely rude. I took one step and she yelled at me to put on a mask. I told her I’d didn’t have one and she rudely said I could buy one. I walked back out and asked if I could do my transaction outside and she said “This isn’t automatic service! We don’t do this!” I left. I really wanted to purchase a $300 bear for a Christmas gift so about an hour later I went back to give her the opportunity to make the sale by letting me pay outside. She was again rude. I asked if she was the owner, she said she was not. I hope that the owners realize that their employee is losing business for them. I will spread the word that the customer service is awful. Go to Ruidoso for a wooden bear.

Ein sehr hübscher, kleiner Laden mit handgeschnitzten Bären und anderen Tieren. Die Bären sind zum Teil so originell, dass sie echte Persönlichkeit ausdrücken und auch wirklich lustig sind. Da wir im Flugzeug leider nur einen kleinen mitnehmen konnten, mussten die großen, die ich zu gerne gekauft hätte, leider in Red River bleiben. Ich empfehle jedem, dort vorbeizuschauen, und kann meinem Vorredner nur ganz klar widersprechen. Der Herr, der dort bediente, war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir hatten aber auch brav unsere Covid-Masken vor dem Gesicht, was angesichts der augenblicklichen Pandemie eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte, wenn es gewünscht ist.

This would be a very cool place with all the bears and gifts to brouse and buy. But, due to the rudeness of the woman running the register, it turned out to be a bad experience. The one plus is the bears, they are crafted so well and are amazing to see.

I love the little carved bears. It's such a cute place. The lady was so helpful & the interior has so many cabin styled things! We bought bears and I'm sure we'll be coming back!

Sorry for the one star. It's not worth that much. Gonna have to agree with others here on the attitude of the woman at register. RUDE is putting it mildly. We were here in October, slower time of year, only ones in the store, everyone more than 6' apart and she barks out a direct order to "cover up"!I asked excuse me, and she barks out to cover my nose with my mask.Ma'am, we are all way more than 6' apart, only three of us in here, and your behind a plexiglass cover. If your that paranoid, shut and lock the doors!!!!!! Because with that attitude, it's gonna happen anyway!!!Won't NEVER go back!!!!!

As soon as we walked in they were very rude and hateful. We both had mask on and it covered everything. We have purchased every year but no more because there store waa so hot and i pulled bottom of mask to adjust and they jumped on me. I medically dont even have to wear one but still trying to respect the rules. Lost my business for good. There was no hi how are you. Just dont touch your mask you might infect us.

Didn't feel comfortable when I went in. The store attendant corrected me on how I was wearing my mask when entering. She acted like we were contagious. We spent money there anyway, but will not go back in the future.
