Great selection of product. Probably the best selection I saw in Red River. Super good prices.

Our group went into the store to do some shopping and a rude lady kept walking through the store (wherever we were standing) loudly saying “excuse me, excuse me!) over and over again, then walking to the front desk. The last straw was when she was speaking loudly to another lady at the desk saying “all the annoying people that won’t stay out of my way”. We dropped the merchandise we were going to purchase and walked out but not before telling her how rude she was. We’ve never met a rude person in Red River but from reading past reviews it seems like we aren’t the only people who have experienced this woman. Other than her, the store has really cute apparel and merchandise!

I went into this store as tourists and had my dog with me. Red River is extremely dog friendly I even just ate at a restaurant that welcomed dogs. I was approached by a very hateful woman who told me dogs were not welcome and I said I’m sorry there was no sign on the door and she could have just politely asked me to take my dog outside but instead she says “ I assumed it is common sense you don’t take your dog into Walmart”. I am absolutely amazed at the rudeness of this woman and would never walk foot back into her store. Pet owners be aware!

We are visiting from out of town and i had my dog with me and we tried to go inside and look and the lady working stopped us at the door and asked if she was a service animal and i said no. her response was "can you carry her. that's how we handle animals" in the rudest tone i have ever heard. we came back today with the rest of my family and my sisters and they both had masks on but their nose wasn't covered and she asked them to put their mask up and they both did. after they did she mumbled under her breath "i hate disrespectful people". we then decided to leave and as we were leaving she said "thank you" we did not reply because we were in shock and she said "guess not" where we could hear. I would not recommend. she was so so rude.

Cute store but the lady was hateful. We aren't from NM and there was no sign stating mask were required. Everywhere else was super awesome about it and we followed all rules out of respect. We looked around. The lady asked myself and one other if we had masks. We said "No Ma'am." She replied, "I guess I'll stand over here then. Go ahead and look." We said it was okay, we would step out and we did. The rest of our group was behind us still inside the shop when the lady said, "DUMIES! It's in the paper!!" The rest of our group explained that we were sorry, we didn't see the paper but it wasn't polite to express her dismay in that manner by yelling about customers being "dummies". We were not treated like that anywhere else in Red River and was able to find many things elsewhere. We had a group of 6 ladies that needed to find gifts for kiddos. Was not there.

The store was actually great and I'd found some things I liked...but the lady working in there ruined the entire experience. She was on the phone the whole time we shopped, talking loudly to her friend about how she works at 2 shops in town for the same owners and her job is ok except the 'ONE THING I REALLY HATE, I can't say this too loud, I CANT STAND THE TOURISTS'. Then she asked my niece if she was ready to check out, which she was, so she told whoever she was on the phone with, 'I'll have to put you down', put the phone down and started to actually work. I Put my selections back and left the store.
