“R&R is GREAT!!! First of all Steve knows his DIESEL engines. My Pop has an old 2003 Chevy Silverado DIESEL that has been locking up and shutting down off and on over the years. My Pop has taken it to 4 different places in Valencia County and they could not fix the problem. I Called up R&R and talked to Steve and he had an idea what the problem was so we scheduled to take it in. My Mom is 85 and not comfortable driving a truck that dies every so often so Jessica the office manager arranged for one of the mechanics to pick it up from her farm in Belen and take it to the shop. Once there, they took a few days to test drive it and run different diagnostics till they found the problem(s), They replaced the housing( had some pin holes in it), filter and a few other diesel problem issues that they found and the truck runs as good as new. Oh and Jessica also arranged to deliver the truck back to my MOM! I have NEVER had such great and excellent service in NM!!! They deserve 10 stars!!!!”
