I have had issues with you call center wasted time to still not have a answer to questions. Not receiving the calls back from management or any update by email. The driver's they are awesome have had no issues with them. Just call center.

Closed again. Its a good thing that tractor supply co. In Bernalillo refills propane otherwise I'd probably freeze with no way of cooking burgers

This company is horrible!! They never deliver on time, and have the absolute worst customer service experience ever!!!! They give a date December 5 to December 11… it is December 12 we call only to find out it will be three more days!!! But this always happens it’s not the first time. The rude customer service people are horrible and don’t even try to resolve the problem. After this delivery I will NEVER use this company again!!!!!????? the account number is 202694720. My name is Sharron Lynn Jasperson. I’m the one who called and ordered the propane, my husband doesn’t handle that. I’m the one they talked to when it was late (AGAIN), and they were making excuses of why it was late again. But when I asked for a refund, they suddenly said they can only discuss this with my husband. The money came out of MY bank account. My husband isn’t on that bank account… So they can take MY money, but not help me???? ???? By the way they are supposed to have our delivery by today,

The AmeriGas office in Rio Rancho no longer does 20# tank refills. They said that has been a policy for over a year now. Not just here, but nationwide.

This is the worst Propane company ever! Not to mention the thousands of others dealing with the same problems, they have lied the last 3 days saying they'd escalate my claim to get my propane delivered, we were at 5% and now out, and been home the last 3 days because they have told me that it would be delivered and I needed to be home, to then say they can't, it'll be delivered the next day, for the last 3 days!!!!! Our toddler is now home sick with an ear infection and RSV and we have no propane, can't give her a bath, etc. I have called over 45 times to be told different stories each time from someone overseas who has no cares in the world, and then told about the 7-10 delivery window, and that when they escalated the oder because the $300 emergency fee wasn't paid, it cancelled and. they had to reorder propane which pushes it out another 7-10 days. This company is unethical, and as much as I want to just cancel and go somewhere else, I know getting the $300+ already spent on propane will be another long battle. Will be looking into legal recourse against this company because they are UNETHICAL!

Checked website. Says they're open. Load up bottles to be refilled and no one there and this isn't the 1st time. This place is a joke and won't be going back

Easiest fill up I've ever had. Filled my RV. Usually the tech struggles a bit because my fitting is a little crooked. This guy filled me up without a hitch. And he was friendly.. Thank you so much

Horrible experience. First, I called to have a 500gal tank installed. They asked to do it early because the installer was going on vacation, but we didn't have the electrical. The state inspector called the installer back for messing up my furnace.Second, when they came to deliver the propane they truck was mostly empty so they promised to come back out. Later, when they did, the price changed from new tank price to regular. So I canceled the delivery.Third, and final straw, the installer had to come back again because he messed up my stove, and it was filling my house with noxious fumes. He put the wrong gas end on it. Now AmeriGas is trying to charge me for him having to fix his mistake.This was about 6 to 7 months ago. Its about time to fill my tank and I'm fighting with them over fixing their mistake. I've already called twice, both times they promised to send it up to get fixed. Guess who I'm not calling for my fill up?

Rudest people ever. Two times, got to gate to refill propane tanks and even though it said they are open there was a sign on gate saying closed. Their customer service advocate was impossible to understand and in Cleveland Ohio. Refill at tractor supply and avoid this headache.

Been using them for a few years and they never call before showing up even though I put it in the delivery notes to do so. Had a delivery scheduled this week, they give you a 7 day window when they might show up. I wasn't home but left my gate unlocked (it does not have a lock) and driver did not deliver stating that the gate was locked. Been trying to reschedule for a week now and am now low on propane because of their driver's laziness. Tried to get through to management but their customer service department is located in the Philippines so impossible to communicate with them. Their automated customer service software is a joke as well. Very poor service from this company.
