It has now been 10 months since this has been addressed. I sent an email to the address they gave in their response and they have not responded. This is disgusting that they have a female manager that takes advantage of people in an awful situation!!
I went in on February 12, 2024 to disconnect the phone line of my 17 year old nephew that was murdered on Dec 31, 2021. The female manager incorrectly charged me and tried deactivating my cell line instead of the hotspot line. When I questioned this, Blas, the regional manager promised the credit for the overcharge of $322 would be returned to my debit card but that didn’t happen, and stopped responding to text messages on Feb 22nd. I’ve stayed sending texts but I’m blocked. I called the store on July 9th and was told my the manager that I would not be receiving a refund because it was “my error.” I didn’t swipe the card and charge the incorrect amount, she did. How dare her take advantage of me on an emotional day of having to disconnect the hotspot and phone line of my MURDERED 17 year old nephew! Do better!

Very frustrating experience here. I went here to exchange my old phone and arrived around 2:00 PM. The front doors were locked with no sign or explanation.
A female employee came to the door, said she was busy with customers and would then be closing the store for two hours.
No explanation given, I was rudely told to return after two hours and had the door slammed in my face. This is unacceptable customer service, I am very disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

I tried going in to get a new phone for my granddaughter and it said they were on lunch from 2:30pm-4:30pm..?
So I went to a different store & got better service. They even transferred my stuff over for me unlike this store has (never) done in the past..

Went in to get a protective screen cover. I got talked into getting a new phone by a Young lady named May. She promised to setup my new phone so I wouldn't have deal with customer service and if I did and wasn't happy she would wave the restock fee and cancel my account for free. When I got home I got a message I couldn't receive gmails or take photos because of Storage. Upon checking I have 3 quarters of my storage is empty. I got the run around with customer who counldn't get there own app to work to remote in and fix the issue. So I called May told her what happened and she says she cant do anything about the issue and she wouldn't wave the fee or cancel my account without charging me a ridiculous amount of money.

Be careful at this store. Had a sales person tell me I'm getting a 800 dollar credit for my phone if I trade it in i can use towards my new phone after she checked it. Went in to trade it in and they are now saying no I don't get any credit and now they are ignoring my calls, the manager hasn't called me back. I been with AT&T for over 15 years and the treatment I got was crap. I was manipulated and stuck with a 1200 dollar phone now. Jalen W. Didn't let the manager know and they won't answer the phones so I can see what I can do before I'm stuck.

I went in to this location over the weekend to turn in my trade in devices, which I was told by customer care I could do at the store. The two women working were absolutely rude, they both said they couldn’t take my devices and that they also couldn’t access my account for 90 days. I had already been in to this location previously and helped by an extremely nice man, who had accessed my account. I told them that my account had already been accessed previously, then they checked. They were able to access it, and told me that they still couldn’t take my devices and I would have to go back to whatever store I signed up for service at and have them cancel my trade in, then come back and they could take them. This was completely contradictory to what I was told over the phone, and the fact that they didn’t even want to try and access my account made me so upset. I ended up leaving and going to the other AT&T off of Coors bypass and was able to get the help I needed. If I ever need to go back to an AT&T, it will most likely not be this location, especially if those two, rude and unhelpful women are there.

I’m an existing customer - Told me there were no options for me to upgrade my current phone without trading it in… screenshot posted. There are options. Walked out. I’ll be doing all my AT&T business on my app/myself. Shouldn’t even waste your revenue on stores and employees!!

Huge shoutout to store manager, Mae! She went above and beyond to help me resolve a situation. One that I thought was hopeless!!! Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly make her an amazing manager. It is evident she loves her job and supports all her customers. Give that girl a raise!! I will be returning and sending others her way!

Walked in to a busy store on a Saturday morning. After a short wait, we were helped by Jalen. Both Mae (store manager) and Jalen were extremely helpful and personable. Jalen made sure we left with everything in working order.

I wanted to give a shoutout to manager MAELYN for being incredibly helpful recently. Despite being busy with her own tasks, she took the time to mentor her employee to assist me and even spent a whole day sorting out my issue with AT&T. Her dedication and support made a big difference, and I'm really grateful for her help. If you are not tech savvy please go here she has the patience, kindness, and really cares for taking care of the customer.

On my first attempt to visit this AT&T location there was a sign posted on the door that the employees were at lunch and would return at 2:15 PM. I was there at 3:00 PM and still no one had returned. I left and came back three days later to once again try and get help. When I walked in the young lady that was working there asked us why we were there. I explained what we needed and that I had been there previous, and she said that they were short staffed and that’s why no one was there and that she couldn’t help me. She refused to even look up our account instead, giving me a phone number to call customer service, which I had already previously done and been told to go to the store. When I tried to explain this, she said I would have to go to a corporate store, because she once again couldn’t help me, I asked her if she could please just look up my account and I would wait until she was done with the customer she was helping and she said there was nothing she could do to help me and once again sent me away. We have canceled our AT&T Wireless service, and will soon be canceling our AT&T/DIRECTV service as well. I truly believe in treating people with kindness And I expect a business to extend the same courtesy to its customers. It truly is a shame..
