“Chalmers has always been fair. I have trusted them with service of my Fords for a few years. However, lately, they have not felt as welcoming and friendly.
We used to have a service writer named Trent. He was fantastic! Taking my car in was less procedural and more like trusting it with family friends. Although the service isnt the same now, they have still treated me well. Just need more communication from the new service writers.”

“Took my 2023 Corolla here after it was hit in a parking lot and needed the passenger side rear quarter panel, tail light and bumper replaced. I was very concerned because I had been told by several people that the Black Mica paint color would be impossible to match exactly. Car Crafters did not pay any attention to those naysayers because the repair looks great and the paint is PERFECTLY MATCHED! It took them a little more than 2 weeks but that's because a top notch shop like this is going to be busy. Thanks to Paul and the entire crew on a job well done.”

“I read mixed reviews for the Walmart Auto Care Center on Unser in Rio Rancho, but decided to keep my appointment for an oil change because I had friends who had good experiences there for years.
I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, as suggested online. I was greeted by Nick who was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained their process as he checked my Vin number to ensure I'd get the correct oil for my car. He also gave me tips and advice regarding future visits.
It turns out I was the only car there at that time, so I was out of there way before my anticipated wait time of 45-60 minutes. Needless to say I was a very happy camper who will return to this location for my next oil change.”
