Usually a good experience. Today I asked the to ship a $7 part from Zuni and they said I had to come pay for it first!! What? They said it was the store manager policy. Bad policy, the competitor down the street ordered it to the store super easy. My long history is coming to an end with Autozone. Poor management and inflated prices! Too bad.

Victor assisted me months ago when I was trying to treat my catalytic converter. After purchasing my second cleaning treatment when I met Victor he recommended that I put 91 octane in my gas tank from his personal experience in using 91 octane. He has had to do limited work on his vehicles and anytime he did he commented how clean they were due to the quality of fuel. I still with not replacing my catalytic converter have noticed my car running better just due to the fuel quality. I have suggested my wife do the same with her vehicle this summer and it runs noticably smoother as well. I did not remember Victors name until I returned today for some coolant. I was eager to share my tried wisdom he had shared and it's success. I know when I go to this AutoZone while I go to purchase items I need, if Victor is working I will get more. A friendly smile for sure, but also I'll be ready for anymore experiential life hacks to save money and reduce vehicle maintenance for years to come. Thanks Victor.

You want customer service, call while you are at the store. Other than that if you are waiting for customer service they will answer the phones but leave a real person waiting in line while the manager just answers calls.

Gosh? I was so impressed with the service, the amount of time Vincent took was amazing. My issue was with the windshield washer fluid for my rear window not working. Upon opening the hood we found my battery covered with dried on acid. Vincent got the cart with a selection of tools and sprays to attack the battery. I'm so thankful. He explained that the hose to the back must be clogged and needs to be blown out with a compressor. Remember when there were no such thing as a rear window washer? Any way my next issue was with my steering wheel cover that needed replacing. Vincent put that baby on not once but twice because the middle seam was not where it needed to be! At any rate-I like showing my snakeskin cover to anyone that will look! Mostly my grandsons.
