Everytime i come to this Autozone the service i get is above and beyond my expectation. Joey Duran the store manager is always prompt and efficient and that is what keeps my family and I coming back year after year. Thanks to Joey and his team.

I called Down to see if they change the batteries. Joey said yes sir how soon could you get here? I was at the store within 10 minutes and out within 15. Excellent good customer service.

I'm an old lady and I had a problem with my car and was told to go to the Auto Zone and get a new battery. Joe Sanchez waited on me and he was such a nice yourg man. He put a new battery in my car and when I offered him a tip he would not take it. This young man made my day. Thank you so much! Janet Brooks

Ask for Chip. He's the best. I needed a battery today, without knowing what size group would fit. Instead of rolling his eyes, Chip busted out his tape and measured bases on multiple batteries until we found one that would fit and closely matched my amperage requirements. He even noticed that the terminals were reversed on the new replacement, which is something I missed. I'm sure 99% of auto part store employees would have missed it too. Happy to say it fit perfectly. Thanks Chip! You really went above and beyond. AutoZone is lucky to have you.

Went in to get some fuses and error codes wiped on a 2023 Traverse. The guy was very friendly in helping out. I wish I knew his name, he was a younger native man. We were able to get everything working again. When I left I still had 1 of 5 error codes but it has since resolved without further work needed. Definitely earned my business from here on out.
