Horrible...horrible...Horrible..worst bank I have ever dealt with PNC LOL very very long wait time...this branch needs more efficient employees. Who know how to handle customers money/accounts...starts with management..this is reality we are living in and this branch seems to be stuck in a different era...I'd give them negative star if it let me

I feel really bad for the employees right now. They are going through a LOT. Very frustrated with the switch from BBVA to PNC. After 16 years I'm thinking if I already have to change my account number on everything, it might be a good time to change banks.

Double charged!!! If you use an ATM aside from BBVA you are charge the fee of the machine AND a 3.00 charge from BBVA.... I understand the fee from the machine but from my bank as well... why is there a fee? They didn’t do anything but allow my money to be withdrawn. MY money!!! After being a customer for over 16 yrs I will be closing my account. There are limited locations and no other machines that are authorized for use without a fee. Anything to make a buck huh well that’s l the last of my money you’ll be taking.

I can’t even express how dissatisfied I am with this bank... if it wasn’t for the time I’ve been there I would truly close my account... the way I was treated by Izzy and Richard and idk the the other guys name darn it... I’m super disappointed to be ganged up on by 3 men at the bank... super classy... so much for customer service smh

Richard Baldwin was exceptional in helping my fiancee and I in making an extra emergency account at the end of a long day and is the reason my family will be taken care of this weekend. This branch is the best. They're always able to address or solve any issues I have. They're also very personable and I feel like I'm talking to a family member when I call them. I highly recommend doing having your personal and business accounts with BBVA.

I have been banking with this bank for years now, and every time I am told I will get a call back the employees seem to forget about me. I haven’t been able to set up Bill Pay was told I would get a call back for this but never did. I’m purchasing a new home and was told by the employee about a program and was told I would get a call back but never did? At this point I’m just concerned I’m not valued as a loyal customer. Unfortunately I’m looking to open another bank account or credit union some where else now.

I started banking here 4 months ago, and the first time I needed customer service, it was a FAIL. The bank's fraud protection rejection algorithm my payment to my NFL Sunday ticket package. (Why?) This resulted in my NFL ticket being canceled. Eager to watch football: I responded to automated message from the bank to indicate that my payment wasn't fraudulent. I logged onto my Sunday Ticket account, and made a payment. Problem happened when NFL Sunday Ticket charged me the followed day. (So I was double-charged for about $250 each time.) I called the number on the back of my debit card to explain this, and it was horrendous. I needed to wait more than 15 minutes on hold to speak to a banker. Then, the banker told me that it would take up to 90 days to get the money back into my account. I would not recommend this bank, if you need customer service you will wait a long time on the phone. In this case, the reason for my account getting double-charged was due to over-sensitive fraud protection on the part of the bank, and then they turn around and require 90 days to get me my money back. Lame.
