Item was listed buy one get one 50% off, but that was only displayed at checkout. I said I wanted to buy another, so clerk rang up 2 and then told me.to go back and get another item. Well...they didn't have an extra item. So I asked for a refund (paid $18 for both), but the clerk only rang up 1 refund ($6) then tried to charge me full price for the 2nd item (so I would pay retail for 1 and retail for the 2nd). when I pointed this out she refunded me the 2nd item on my original reciept...for another $6. So I paid $18 and was refunded $12! I pointed this out to her, but she didn't know what else to do bc that's just what the "system told her". We then rang up my original item (45 count) with a 2nd item(30 count and should be 50% off) and both those came out to $18! so...I've already lost $6...now you want to charge me $18 (which should be for 90 count) for 70 count? Nope. Have had great experiences shopping at CVS but this has soured me towards future shopping trips.

I no longer trust going to this pharmacy. A few days ago I picked up a new prescription and told the pharmacist it was new to me. She read the instructions to me in an hurry and tried to send me on my way. I had to ask about one of the other prescribed items being “unfilled”, which they explained was an over the counter med that I needed to shop for myself inside the store. I had gone through the drive thru because I was in pain… so I asked if they could just grab it for me and charge me at the window (Walgreens will) and they denied me. So I ended up going inside and hunting for my own pain relief cream for about 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The prescriber had input the incorrect dose on the prescription (x3 the normal amount) and I ended up overdosing on the first dose I took. Isn’t it the pharmacist’s job to catch these mistakes?? Anyways, I was on the phone with poison control all night and luckily made it through. But I no longer trust that the medication I get from this pharmacy has been adequately approved.

We tried to confirm which stores could administer the Typhoid vaccine before we ran all over town only to be told they didn't have it (but try going to one of their other locations). The automated voice system only responded to a certain few questions, which put us into an endless loop. We eventually were able leave a callback number. Within an hour we got a return call. The caller told us to try this store or that one, and eventually we were disconnected. The employee never bothered to call us back.

Rudest pharmacy personal I've dealt with it a long time.

Ran out of a heart medication too soon for insurance to pay. Staff did not explain what my options were while I attempted to reach my physician…couple of days supply…pay for it myself. I had to wait another day while trying to reach my physician.
They really didn’t care.
So I don’t care and I’ll switch to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy employees are inconvenienced by your questions.
UPDATE: The girls have no patience or desire to assist. They seem to find ways to inconvenience you to give sass with their condescending attitude. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to Walgreens.

I am very disappointment in the pharmacy staff, in particular with Brittany and Ashley, as well as the store manager who was on staff. Before I walked into CVS I had received a text message reminding me of my appt, on 10.3.24 at 1145am, which I had made a few days prior. The text message
gave me the option to check in via text. After several failed attempts, as the system kept giving me an error message, I walked into CVS and proceeded to the pharmacy dept. When I got to the consultation window I told Brittany I had an appointment and offered to share my confirmation number with her. At no time did Brittany ask me what type of appointment I had, she simply directed me to the Minute Clinic kiosk. So I proceeded to the kiosk and when I entered my confirmation number it said it couldn't find my appoitment. So I went back to the consultation window and explained to Brittany what had happened at the Kiosk. She then told me she couldn't access the Minute Clinic confirmation numbers so she told me to wait by the Minute Clinic and told me the nurse would be out shortly as they were with someone else. I was not aware that vaccines are administered by the pharmacy and not the Minute Clinic, how would I know this. As I waited by the Minute Clinic for a nurse to come out, I got a text that stated my appointment had been cancelled. While I had been waiting I over heard someone talking to one of the employees about vaccines. Again, no one ever asked me what type of appointment I had. It was clear no one really cared. I went back to the consultation desk and a different employee said she could schedule me as a walk in, but I'd probably have to wait. So as I am waiting, Ashley came out of the door, which was clearly where vaccines were being administered. I tried to explain what was going on and she was short and super rude. She didn't care that I had an appointment that had been cancelled because A. I wasn't able to check in through the text link and B.
Brittany didn't care enough to help and ask what type of appointment I had. When I finally got my vx I asked to speak with a manager, and unfortunately I didn't get his name, because I was so upset. I tried to explain what had occurred and although he said he was sorry once, he didn't seem interested that had his employees taken the time to ask me a simple question (what type of appointment do you have?) none of this would have what occurred. I told him I would probably be taking my business across the street to Walgreens and his reply was "Ok". I am in shock that this manager would allow his employees to provide such horrible customer service. As a customer I don't know that the Minute Clinic is a different Dept than the pharmacy, how would I know this? Again had Brittany asked me a simple question, none of this would have occurred.

I am so glad we’re now able to change pharmacies. The latest-the provider called in the prescription 3 times and the store just ignored it or deleted it or something. When we finally reached a human 24 hours later they updated the app to say it was out of stock. The original store isn’t able to transfer to another store-the 2nd store has to initiate the transfer. The 2nd store (Unser) with the drug in stock won’t answer the provider’s calls or return a voicemail to accept the prescription. I’ve even called corporate and the Unser store picked up the phone and hung it up TWICE-on the corporate customer service rep! They’ve had to escalate to the district supervisor! No wonder CVS stores are closing everywhere!
