What is happening with the dollar tree in Rio Rancho on Jagger it’s looking so dirty. I’ve been shopping there for 18 years. I have never seen this dollar tree Look this bad. Messy isles, messy shelves . Nothing is in its place. Stuff on the floors . Can’t find anything. Not to mention the young girl who works there who is so rude. Can’t even say hi or greet customers at the register. She stands there, scanning your stuff with a Scowl on her face like she’s hating her job! When I said thank you, she says nothing. Not sure if it’s under new management but the very nice guy with the red hair who used to work there was so nice and would greet everyone, Maybe he was the one keeping that place looking in tiptop. I’m shocked and disappointed that this place looks this way ! And management should also !

I have been shopping at this store for years. In the past this store was always well organized, clean and friendly employees.The past few months I have noticed how this store has gone downhill. The isles were filled with empty boxes; shelves were dirty and disorganized, products not in the correct place, empty shelves with no stock. But what prompted me to write this review was Oct. 8th I had a customer appreciation coupon. When I went to the checkout the checker said it was invalid. I had him call the manager CJ who clearly did not know what to do even though there was instructions on the coupon. He scanned it and said it was invalid and left. I didn’t press the issue as there was a line behind me. I then went to a different dollar store and had no issue with using the coupon. Clearly this store on 528 by smiths knew what to do and will now be my go to store where the employees are courteous, store organized, well stocked and clean. The district manager should do a surprise visit to the store on jager st and get it back to where it once was.

It's been a few months now that new management took over & you can really see the difference in management. This store use to be so clean, organized & stocked. Now it's really dirty, out of stock or very un organized. Employees are NOT friendly. Sure do miss the old crew. I use to LOVE shopping at this location.
