Have been looking for a pre owned vehicle, found a great deal at Chalmers Ford. The people that work there made the process flow really smooth. I was impressed with the service department as they walked us through all the options of the vehicle, set up and programmed our phones to talk to our vehicle before leaving. We will definitely shop there again.

We purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Chalmers and have always had it serviced there. Yesterday we had an issue where the SUV was dead at the dentist's. We had the vehicle jumped and took it in to have it looked at.. Chalmers worked it in even though they were fully booked and Service Technician JC and Gail and the Shop manager got our Edge operational again with a electric system check and a replacement Ford battery, 3 year guarantee. Our experience with Chalmers is their team is staffed with a super support staff. We will continue with Chalmers Ford for our "go to" auto needs.

The management in sales and the details!I had an Experience with Chris (manager of sales) that was genuine and hassle free every time! The service, Mel was awesome and the detail people/person…. I mean next level! I would drive an hour further from my house gladly every time I buy or need service! Bottom line from a picky auto consumer! Go there, ask for Chris.. ☑️ Done

They did an excellent job, and the personnel was friendly and respectful. It was a pleasure to be waiting for my car service in such a quiet, nice waiting space, even though they were so busy that I had to wait almost an hour before my appointment. This was my first time, and I'm still going there again to serve my car. Appreciate.

My service advisor Richard Gatti was awesome. He was patient and explained what was done on my vehicle. I had a lot of work done and it took a few days but for the service done the price was very reasonable. I would have expected to pay double especially at a dealership for all that was done. I appreciate this service center for keeping the prices reasonable and not over charging and for doing the work in a very timely manner. I will definitely be doing business with Don Chalmers Ford from now on when I need my vehicle serviced when I can’t handle the job myself.

They damaged our vehicle while it was in their shop. Assured us they would take care of it...long story short over 2 weeks later and cannot get in touch with any of them and no call back. Not from advisor who promised on Monday (this is Friday) that he would find out what the problem is and call right back! We will not continue to do business with them.

Krys was our sales person and was very attentive, knowledgeable , and patient with our questions. Overall very friendly and accommodating. Jackie helped us sign all our paperwork , very detailed explanation of the warranties offered by Ford . I would go to this dealership to buy another vehicle mainly for the customer service.

Okay, customer service, I've been going to this shop for more than 10 years. Service Advisors do not answer their phones when trying to get a hold of anyone in the Service shop.The Technician whom serviced my car lost my lug nut key, and I cant believe how many excuses I received from the service department, even telling me to look near my spare tire. Also to go back to where I received my lug nut key and get another one, ( not replacing the cost for it) . I even went into the shop to see if the technician was there and he was out. Talk to another Advisor he directed me to call back on Monday.. No response or call back from my Service Advisor now Tuesday, calling the service Department and no one answers.So when it comes to getting your car serviced I rate it 4 stars.When they lose something of yours, good luck in them finding it 1 star.I had my breaks, oil change, and tire rotation and had to wait, it took them from 8:15A-11:28A.

I HIGHLY recommend ordering a new Ford from Chalmers as they honored the "Ford Price Protection Program" to lock in the X-Plan price on an F250 Ultimate Tremor for me at the time I placed the order, in writing!And upon delivery, they also followed through on applying an Exclusive Cash offer I received from Ford, which is what convinced me to get out and order exactly what I wanted.This was an awesome customer experience!!!Just ask for Joshua (Sales), Rick (Customer Order Manager), Dan (Accessories Manager), and John (Finance Manager).

Quickwrench has been where I take my vehicles for years now, they are always so kind and explain the work they will be doing so I understand how it all works.
