Went here while on vacation. Facility had plenty of seating for non jumpers, was very clean and employees were very attentive to the children. It felt like they wanted to be there not because they are being paid to. Great experience!

Have never had a bad experience. Always clean, safe and staff is kind, professional and respectful. You are treated like a person not a number. Pricing is affordable. Rio Rancho should take great pride in our local park, I truly feel it has the best all-around experience.
