Everyone who works here is SO kind! I was terrified out of my mind at the thought of having breast cancer but I felt so at ease while my tests were being performed and while meeting with the doctor (who was so sweet). I will definitely be getting all of my mammograms done here.

Extremely rude, the person answering the phone when I call says it's not presbyterian it's high resolution when the number online am states presbyterian

They said I was supposed to be early. Their email gives the appointment time but says nothing about needing to be early. I was 5 minutes late and the lady left to ask but stayed gone for while only to return and tell me I was supposed to be early and would have to reschedule. In the time she was gone asking I could have almost finished the paperwork. They need to tell you that you have to be early or risk losing your appt. It seemed extreme to cancel me when I was no more than 5 minutes late.

I have now waited over a month for a comparison from my last ultrasound and mammogram. I have spoke to four different people that have told me they would get someone to compare. I am considered high risk, but doesn’t seem like they really care unless I come in for more services that I may not need.

The facility and staff were fantastic, however, their billing has been a NIGHTMARE. My insurance has paid them 3 times; but billing has sent these payments back to my insurance 3 times. On top of that, billing has sent me to collections which is impacting my credit scores. I have spent hours on the phone with billing, with collections, and with my insurance trying to resolve this issue. Overall, it is not worth the headache, and at this point, I would strongly recommend that you find another facility for your needs. I just left a voicemail with their Quality Control Manager (number listed in other bad reviews) in hopes for a quick resolution and a better review.

I was so impressed with High Resolution Rio Rancho at Rust! The staff was so friendly and really took the time to make you feel comfortable. It is true that it has a spa like fee to it which was relaxing in what could be a stressful situation. I will be returning for all future imaging needs and recommending to all of my friends. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you High Resolution.

Fabulous experience. The facility feels like a spa more than a radiology office. The staff has been incredibly comforting and genuine. From start to finish, it's been wonderful.

Please teach your front desk people to greet people as the enter. Also, have them review paperwork they already have a clipboard to insure they're asking the person to complete the correct paperwork.

Staff is rude and confrontational. I recommend you choose a different place. I have had two different experiences that have caused me to write this to save others from this experience.

This is a new first in bad service. My appointment was made weeks ago, for today at 9:00. Someone even called a couple of days ago to confirm that I was actually coming! I arrived at the Rust location to find out that they are moving and will reopen in September. Nobody bothered to inform the scheduled patients that the office is closed for a week or two. As I drove to work, I called to reschedule, and it took over 30 minutes to reach a young girl who finds nothing at all odd about making appointments for people and then closing the office down and not advising them. She claimed we had a bad connection and she couldn't hear me, so no rescheduling was available to me today. This is such a cattle call and I have had ENOUGH! I want to see if I can change my insurance over this fall to Lovelace.

The check in process was very easy, the ladies that checked me in were very friendly and they even found my insurance. That is some times a problem. The technician ( Vivian)that did the mammogram was very gentle and explained everything. She was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend them .

They don’t answer there phones, ever!!!!!!!!!!!!It doesn’t matter what time you call, no answer EVER. I’m not sure how I was there last year, because the DONT ANSWER the PHONE. I need to schedule. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Terrible…..
