Horrible experience with Innovative Auto Solutions. My story is long but worth reading because I want people to know how the company treats their customers. We took our 2018 Lincoln Navigator into their shop on 6/1/24. They diagnosed our car and found we needed a new transmission. They got a finally approval on 6/10 but no one from the shop called we had to call just to get information. Then they said they will order the new transmission. A week went by and we heard nothing so we called again and they said it will take 2 to 3 weeks to build a transmission that Ford does not make new transmissions anymore. I thought that was strange so we called our warranty people and they said that Innovative quoted them a new transmission. So I called my local Ford dealer and the parts person said they can have a brand new transmission in 2 days. So I called Innovative back and they sounded confused about the whole thing. So they told me they would call me back tomorrow. Again I had to call them because no one was reaching out to us. When I called the lady told me that they will be getting the transmission from the Ford dealer I called but she couldn’t schedule the install until 7/9/24 because their mechanics were rebuilding an engine. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt because we had gone this far and scheduled with her for 7/9. Weeks later We Dropped our car off in the morning and the person in the front said that two transmissions were delivered this morning and one of them was for our vehicle. He said 1 to 2 days to put in. I called the third day because of course no one calls us and they said our transmission is not even in and we can pick up our vehicle. On top of all this we have to pay out of pocket for a rental car while this auto company treats customers like this. We immediately called a towing company and took our car to another mechanic. These people have horrible customer service and their communication with customers is RIDICULOUS. They LIE and make excuses. I would not TRUST these people.

I had Innovative fix the AC in my 2015 Tahoe a few months ago, I wanted to wait to review until I saw how my car handled in the dead of summer and let me tell you I LOVE Innovative! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for fixing my car. AC works perfectly even on the hottest of days. Innovative will be my preferred repair shop from now on.

I'm too old to work on my own car these days, I don't have the time or patience. I go here for most of my car needs, they are honest, trustworthy and they do better work than the dealership. They also don't try to sell me another car. Thank you.

I dropped my car off, unannounced, Saturday. It was done Wednesday! As usual they do it right and they do it fast. A great car repair place is hard to find. This is one! Just don't tell anyone else :)

Made the appointment to have the transmission serviced in my 2019 Ford Ranger. Was told that it would be a 1.5 hour job so I decided that I would wait. I should have left after the mechanic came in and told me that it would be three hours because the vehicle needed to cool down. He was very rude about it. Then it was discovered that they did not have the correct transmission fluid and it would be another wait for that to come. 5 hours later and my truck is still up in the air. The mechanic was once again rude about the circumstances that the truck had to come up to operating temp for proper level ck. I've been in the auto and truck repair sector for 45years running a shop and if my mechanic would have talked to my customers the way this primidone did I would have fired him. I won't be going back. To the mechanic that worked on my truck...you would never make in the flat rate world.

My car needed some big repairs. Innovative Auto was recommended to me by a friend. I'm so glad I took my car to them. I was kept informed of parts order and time frame for repairs. Staff was very friendly and professional. Most importantly they do quality work. I will definitely be bringing any future maintenance and repairs to them. I highly recommend this business for your auto repairs.

We have been taking our cars to Innovative for a number of years and always had a good experience when working with Bo. However, we recently took our van in, and it was extremey stressful and disappointing. This time we worked with Jake, who was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. It's clear customer service is no longer a priority. After they had our van for 5 weeks, Jake was unconcerned and unbothered by the stress and inconvenience we experienced. His communication was extremely lacking and rude. It became apparent that we were not a priority and our past loyalty was not important when Jake made zero effort at rectifying the concerns we had. They had no interest in prioritizing getting our van back to us or even giving us a timeline for what we could expect. After 5 weeks we took it to a different shop, and will not do business with Innovative again.

I was recommended to come here for an alignment several years ago, and have since made it my go-to place for my vehicle maintenance! They're fast, extremely thorough, and very reasonably priced, and I plan to continue taking my vehicles to them!
