This is a fantastic company. The customer service was perfect the women answering the phone was very kind and helpful. The tow truck showed up exactly when eta was stated and the driver could not have been more nice or more professional. We will only be using this company from now on.

GPS took my daughter down a dirt road which was much softer than it looked and got stuck. Called insurance for a winch tow and they couldn't find a provider who would take it. Called around and J&E was at our location in 20 minutes. Jerry G. got us unstuck quickly and gave us a very fair price! Highly recommend these...
