This location is constantly under staffed. The staff they have retained are disgruntled, and understandably so but it makes them very unhelpful. We go to Lowe’s 3-10 a month and spend a considerable amount each time. Please do better. We really don’t want to switch to Home Depot.

Getting through to a human is nearly impossible.My BF, tried to talk with someone in window re installation of a window he picked up today. After fighting with their phone computer and trying to get info from the window department, he drove back to the store to talk with the manager who was unavailable. I called the window manufacturer, Pella, and they had one of their installers to confirm installation. He had a call from the installer within 10 minutes while at Lowes. Unfortunately, they're the closest to us.

Once upon a time, they had helpful people in the store to advise on projects and tools and what to buy... now they're the big box equivalent of someone leaving a box of candy bars in the office breakroom with a sign that says, "Please leave a dollar."

We purchased a cook top stove. We paid 2500, to include a 3 year warranty and installation. This was January 8, 25. I called on it on the 24 and was told I would hear from the installer that day or by Monday. I called an was told it would be an additional 302$ more because of the backdraft. Per contract! We never signed a contract or were told we signed one! I called to speak with anyone who could help us on the 32st. I'm still waiting to hear from anyone! I guess I need to go there in person to speak to anyone who will listen

DO NOT buy appliances here. We had our washer and dryer for just over one year and they both went out. We purchased the extended warranty and now it’s been over three weeks and they can not repair it and have no resolution in sight. When I demanded they exchange the units their policy says they have multiple attempts to repair but the third party company does not know what to repair. I really wish I would have taken my business to Best Buy or Costco. Lowe’s customer service is horrible.

Good luck trying to find out where your delivery is. When you call the annoying automated system sends you around. After the phone rings for awhile you might get someone on the phone. At this point you have to pray they don't need to transfer you. When they do it rings 15 to 20 times, or someone picks up and hangs up. So you'll go the process again. The second time around. After 12 rings. I got someone. But wait, it's a guy from another department who proceeds to tell me the delivery scheduler was in the bathroom and it maybe awhile. So don't call the store around 1:30. If he's regular, you'll be waiting awhile. Lowes wonders why their quarterly earnings are down. Start by taking care of your customers. Not shuffling them around. As I write this. I'm on hold with another lowes store over 15 mins and counting.

If you don’t mind having to check yourself out and find or look up stuff at the register example nuts bolts etc They refuse to open a register and apparently are so concerned about saving money that they will not open a register with an actual employee working it that is willing to help you. To top it off after your done doing their job. Then they have the audacity to ask you for a donation. SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT FIRST DO OUR JOB THAT OUR PRICES PAY FOR AND THEN CAN YOU ALSO GIVE US SOME $$$ . .So if you don’t mind doing there job and donating $ to who knows where because there isn’t anyone working the registers then Lowes on Northern is the store for you . I drive farther away now just to avoid the headaches I get from that place. I’m Sick of these big corporations trying to save money by taking jobs away from us hard working people. Hope
This message gets out there and it cost lowes a bunch of money and
Patrons . A company that doesn’t take care of their employees or care enough about the people supporting them doesn’t need my business and hopefully yours as well .

Attempted to purchase some cases of light bulbs on clearance. Was told the clearance price expired and the item was no longer for sale, even though the price tag showed no expiration. The store manager would not make an exception for their failure to remove non-sellable products. Please go to a different location for your project needs, they will not honor prices on the shelf at this location.

Sorry I have to downgrade from a 4 to a 3, waited at the paint counter just to get my gallon shaken on the machine. Two young ladies behind were working doing something. BUT, after six, 6, as in two times three, minutes....not a word to me. I would of waited if they said " I'll be with you eventually. " But nothing....then I snapped why the guy in line before me threw up his hands and walked away as I was walking up. Dummy me, I thought "wow, a shorter line!" I left too, they didn't notice I was ever there.

Go to Home Depot! Not Lowe’s for big purchases! Placed an order for dishwasher a week ago paid for install partners to come and install. It have not received any communication with an install date has not taken any accountability at this point we have spent $600 and have had no resolve. No new dishwasher have been left hanging for over a week. Install partners and Lowe’s has essentially stolen our money without any indication of when we can expect our washer. 3 calls a day for over a week and have gotten nowhere. I’m going to report to BBB which already has a D- rating for install partners. The fact these two are in partnership should be concerning.
