“Highly recommend!!! I called this place and Jessica answered and she was very polite. When I got there I walked into the office and Jessica was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. I refilled my Propane bottle so I can continue to BBQ. It always runs out in the middle of grilling. Dave filled the propane and was also very nice. This place is very clean. Great customer service. Much better than going to a store to get it exchanged. West Albuquerque Propane also does exchange.”

“We have been customers for 45 years. In recent years Haskell, our delivery driver, has taken great care to inspect our equipment each time he comes. He and AJ have done a great job of maintaining and repairing our systems. Recently Haskell detected a leaky regulator on one of our tanks and he alerted AJ who came and replaced it that day. Several years ago they put a nice paint job on both our tanks. Ferrellgas is serving our propane needs very well thanks to guys in the field like Haskell and AJ and office personnel who are very responsive and informative.”

“The day I rented my truck for my move, the staff was wonderful. Today when I went inside, there was no staff inside. I waited inside for about 10 minutes and then I went outside. There was an employee outside. I tried to get his attention but he ignored me. I greeted him three times before he acknowledged me. He told me to hold on a second while he finished what was working on. I think Customer service a priority. There other U-Hauls - which I am now at.”
“It is an easy, seamless process to rent a truck. Brenda was a delight to work with. She clearly has superior customer service skills. Unfortunately, the young man, John, isn't in possession of those same skills. He was patronizing, condescending, and just generally rude. Most importantly, he didn't take ownership of making the mistake of trying to charge us double the mileage we owed, which would have added an extra $100.00. No acknowledgement of the error, no apology. At the tail end of the transaction, he left a sour note.”
