Tried to do a return, a small 5$ item. Was told to wait to the side till he helped everyone else in line, which was 4 other people buying other stuff. (more people were probably going to get in line) I had already waited in line for 15 minutes at this point. So I said I’ll just come back later. I won’t. I’ll just take the loss because I think they just wanted me to leave.

This location should just close down it's NOT a store I will go back to! No customer service , no employee register training , store employees are rude !!! Was third in line , and still waited 45 minutes , Left my intended purchase and walked out !!!

It was a normal shopping experience at Ross, a long line at checkout, but that's normal for this place.

The only complaint that when I was inside majority of the areas was like over the floors clothing stuff all over the place like a hurricane pas tru couldn't even pass over the floors blocking the areas I could not get there 😒

Overall clean but waited 40 minutes in line they had one girl on register and she was moving extra slow it seemed on purpose never had this experience at the other locations

Great employees! Very clean and great merch!
There’s also a really tall employee with awesome tattoos that’s really handsome so all in all this store is a win!
