I went in this morning for coffee. A gentleman entered the establishment and was obviously homeless. As i walked up to the register to pay the employee approached the individual in a aggressive manner, mind you the homeless man had cash in his hand and was not causing a problem, and started to harass the gentleman. After that encounter the employee notified the manager. She came out of the office with a major attitude and told the homeless man to leave the store or the cops would be called, for what i have no clue due to the homeless man had money and was not in any way shape or form a problem, the manager trying to act like she was mean and the employee need to find a different type of work where they aren't working with the public. These people have a major case of an I'm better than you attitude. I told the male employee that the homeless man had cash and wasn't a problem.

Friendly staff, clean, and great selection of snacks. The store manager, Aubree, was welcoming and runs a tight ship. When I need gas this is the place to go!

This store needs help badly. They have had a broken door as long as I can remember. They're having trouble keeping staff. It's been closed multiple times lately because no one is working. There was a guy outside a couple days ago stated he was a new employee, ready to work, but the building was closed he was waiting for someone to get there so he could clock in and get to work. I understand the manager is probably exhausted. If this is a corporate store, you need to step in and do something for this store. If you're the owner, shame on you. People use Shell most likely because they have T-Mobile. This is the closest one to my work. I don't even have a Shell station close to my home.

Online it says there open 24/7 so I called and they said they close at midnight I don't have a car so I had to walk i arrived at 11:24 and they were closed and this is isn't the first time this has happened

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Representative was Monique on Saturday 28 October 2023. Time was about 9:55 PM.I was called fat and told me to loose weight and that I always come in and complain. This is not true I occasionally come into get 2 cappuccinos. She berated me and insulted me verbally in front of other customers. All because she was asked to fill the machine. It is a simple task open machine and put in a new bag of powdered mix.She should not be training anyone or working in a customer facing position. I will find out corporate contact and file a grievance.

Store had a sign up that they were closing early, 10pm, which was fine since It was 8:45pm. When I went in I was denied the ability to use the restroom! I had just driven over 200 miles without using the restroom and to be denied an hour and half before close is completely unacceptable!
