Stop by the Sherwin-Williams in Rio Rancho this morning had a picture of a barcode from a Sherwin-Williams 5 gallon bucket wanted to buy a couple of gallons the clerk at this location looked at the barcode and said I can't feel it it was sold to you from another Sherwin-Williams I asked her can't you scan it she said no I asked her is there any way to pull it up or contact the other Sherwin-Williams she said no apparently the clerk didn't want to make sales today I don't understand it's so hard to buy local when you have people like this clerk not wanting to assist

I had contact with several Sherwin Williams stores in Albuquerque--one on Academy and one in Rio Rancho. The Academy guy was not real welcoming. I decided to go into the Rio Rancho store to get them to match the color I needed and I could not have been more pleased with these guys or the results I got !!! Chuck and Samual were SO very personable and friendly. And Chuck did an excellent job of matching the paint chip I brought in. In these times, it is rare to encounter such great sales help with people who know what they are doing. TEN stars to this crew in Rio Rancho. Thank you!

The guys are friendly and very professional. They assist you, make recommendations when asked, and mentioned the upcoming 30% off sale so I could save money!!!Plus the new paint I bought was a lighter shade to paint over a darker one that was on the wall. It covered it in one coat!!!! Saving me more money and time!!!

The Sherwin Williams paint store in Rio Rancho, NM, has always been a good place to shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff. It is still a great place to get help selecting the best paint for your project. The quality of the paint remains the best.

The Rio Rancho Sherwin Williams store has friendly and knowledgeable staff. The first day we were just shopping to see what colors we wanted. The young lady that was working was very helpful. I don’t remember her name. The next day we worked with Alexa and she was awesome too. She mentioned that there was a sale on the Emerald (best quality) interior paint—-the first one in over a year because of COVID. The colors that we purchased —- ice cube and light french gray —-were in stock and we picked up the paint the same week we ordered it. I highly recommend this store.

This place is a hidden gem off in that industrial parkway. Went because I needed a match for baseboard paint and had a small sample size but the associate was able to use it and gave me a 99% color match. Very friendly, quick, and covid safe. Will use them from now on!!

Sherwin paint is the best! Great quality. They used to have great sales before Covid. Now it is 10% off loyal customer or on line coupon.
