This place is SO slow. I asked them to pull my scripts from CVS and move them there and they told me it would probably take many days, and that CVS/Walgreens don’t tend to pick up the phone. So I went elsewhere and they had it all taken care of the same day. They don’t open until pretty darn late, so I mostly couldn’t coordinate pick up and grocery shopping, and there was usually only one person doing the scripts and then another person that would wait on you. But I could stand there for a long time before anyone would saunter up to the register. So, despite how awesome it would be to get scripts where I grocery shop, there is no way I can deal with the apathy. They were very nice, and I never had cross words with them (that’s not my style) but I just couldn’t deal with that place. This was a long time ago, so maybe it’s better, but I am settled elsewhere and won’t be back.

Best pharmacy we’ve used in the RR/ABQ area! Usually no wait to pick up and pharmacists are friendly.

Although they usually have the prescriptions I need, they're never ready when they're supposed to be. Pharmacists are rarely friendly.

Horrible pharmacy. I don’t think these people understand that we NEED this medicine and they take days to fill the prescription and then when I go in to ask for update or call they say it will be ready within the hour . They should already be working on it the second it comes through not when someone calls to ask for the update THREE DAYS PAST PICKUP TIMEhonestly ridiculous

Has a drive-thru that’s easy to access, yay! Transferred from closer store (but parking was a mess, had to walk in & pharmacists were rude). This location was helpful in transferring my prescriptions & will voluntarily check other locations if your med is out of stock. Recommend!

Brian and Gil are great, but they are about to lose my business because the system says my prescriptions will be ready after 2 pm on Monday and only one is. Still waiting after 2nd trip. I can see by other reviews I am not alone. Don't waste my time call me when they all are ready.

Many times my prescription is not ready. This time I ordered 2 medicines on the phone on Sunday at 5 pm. I get a text on Thursday to pick up. I went on Friday at 3 pm and they said one is ready put I have wait for the other because they are just filling it up. Their excuse was they are short handed. I am about the switch.

I stopped using this pharmacy because they either never had all of the amount for my full prescription or/and they almost always took over half an hour for a prescription that was suppose to already be filled. Staff is friendly though.

They never answer the phone, it just rings forever so if you have questions or want to check if a prescription is ready you will have to go there to ask at the desk, then you can wait for a half hour while they prepare it. Maybe if you’re lucky enough that the automated system recognizes your birthday and phone number it will work good enough for you, but if you need a real person on the phone it will not happen.

Called yesterdays to make sure my meds were ready for pickup. They said it would be ready for pickup in a couple of hours. Drove 20 minutes to find out they were out of stock. They never called to let me know.

Pulled up to the fuel portion there are 7 cars waiting and no one in site working the box. Waited 15 minutes called the store customer service..... still waiting. I would think at 5:20 pm on a Friday would be the WORST time to take a break!

Signs for coke bear when you buy 4, no one had any clue what I was talking about. I asked the lady at the register and she read the picture I took of the sign and asked if I was a rewards member (which the sign states you had to be) and I said yes and put my phone number in, we proceed to the end and I ask again where my coke bear is. She says what bear? Again I show picture of signs in their store saying buy 4 get a coke bear. She says they arnt doing that. I go over to customer service, wait forever, long line behind me too. Finally talk to a manager. He thinks he can recall the tiny little coke bears they handed out last year, and will make some calls. Tiny or not, I never got my coke bear :(
